I bought the £5 treasure hunt coin for my wife and a friend. They are both really getting into solving the puzzles. Great idea for a gift. I'll be looking out for next year's coin as well.
Very pleased with the product that I have purchased from you although the delivery could have been quicker. On saying that I have ordered some tenth ounce silver coins that are being delivered on Wednesday which is good. I will purchase more products from Royal Mint in the future when they are back in stock. You have interesting products such as digital gold etc that I'm interested in, also exploring your website.

My order was processed very slowly . It will arrive at 20 working days or 28 calendar days from money being taken. In that time I’ve been unable to gift some of the coins for birthdays that are now past. The communication was non existent. The website stated 3-5 working days for delivery on large orders. Overall very poor.

In spite of the high demand for gold, l eventually received my item.
Quick response when making enquires.
The coin is nice, but the system they use it rubbished. They charged me twice by mistake and despite several attempts, they did not cancel the duplicate charge on my credit card. Shame. Terrible Customer service. If you have any problem, be sure they will not sort the headache they created.

My purchase was reasonably straightforward, although after that, I had a few problems accessing my account. I contacted Royal mint customer service & spoke to Geraint, he was extremely helpful, patient, kind & understanding. He had my problem sorted out quickly. He also reassured me of any worries I'd had & answered all of my questions. 😊

Ordering was very easy. I received my coin very quickly. Delighted with the quality and price.
I received the goods three weeks after placing my order. It stated on the website 5-7 days delivery. I can understand things take longer during busy periods. However after emailing the contact form on the RM website, then receiving two replies, no one could give me an update on delivery date. I found the RM communications are very poor as even the phone system was not working.
I do not receive my order yet, since 3rd of February 2026.no update, no information, I contacted customer service 4 times , no one knows what is going on

I placed an order for £6,000 on 24th of January. The funds were taken immediately.
Delivery is now overdue. I have received no written notification of delay, despite this being referenced in the company’s own delivery terms; RE 21 day payment widow and we will "If your order does not arrive within 21 days from the date of purchase, we will notify you in writing of the delay." - of corse they did not.
I contacted customer service on Tuesday 17th of Feb and was assured the issue would be resolved. Since that call, there has been no dispatch confirmation, no written follow-up, and no action taken.
When a company takes £6,000 and fails to deliver within the stated timeframe, fails to notify of delay, and fails to act after providing assurances, it raises serious concerns about reliability and internal processes.
This experience raises serious questions about their reliability. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others to consider these risks before placing large orders.
Remember that bullion investment is not protected by FCA - so I would avoid!

A few things stand out. The “Andrew” review is the most obvious red flag — phrases like “Best mint on the planet” repeated twice, bullet-pointed selling points that read like marketing copy (“multiple ways to buy & invest”), and an account with only four reviews. That could be a paid review or someone connected to the company.
“Jim” (Australia) is more subtle, but the phrasing is unusual — “staggered due to supply issues” is a very specific detail to volunteer positively in a five-star review. It reads like an attempt to pre-empt complaints about delays.
The timing is also notable: two of these were posted six days ago and one on 16 February, which is around the time complaints appear to have increased. A common tactic when negative reviews start accumulating is to flood the platform with positive reviews.

Ordered the annual coin set, this arrived a few days later, opened it to look at the coins and check to find that two of the set coins, the 10 and 20 pence were damaged. Sent them back at further cost to me to be replaced with the invoice stating I wanted them replaced and the mint sent the new set to an address I lived at SEVEN years ago. Asked for a refund and a coin set and heard exactly zero back despite me sending several emails for updates... Avoid.

Very happy with the quality of my item. However, I didn't know how long it would take to arrive or when it was goung to be posted and no information was available online. I bought this as a present and had to gift it nearly 4 weeks later.
Web site easy to use & placed an order. Communication was good. Order dispatched the following day & was received by midday the following day. Very securely packaged. 10 out of 10 from me

Ordered some silver britannias on 06 Febuary payment has been processed and taken from my bank. Yet NO confirmation email, the order does not appear in my royal mint account. Over 10 days and no response from customer. service team and no sign of a refund. The phone line is broken supposidly and the email customer service is non exsistent. Can see I am not the only person to have this issue currently.

I ordered 130 silver coins but received only 129. Despite emailing twice and waiting nearly a month, I have received no response. The phone lines remain unanswered, which is very frustrating, and I am £90 out of pocket.
Clearly, only do smaller orders if ordered single coins.
