The worse delivery company according to what i experienced. I would not recommend it.
"Attempted Delivery"
Ordered an item for RM Tracked 48. Had a delivery window between 17:30 and 19:30. Item never showed up. At 21:58, the tracking updated to say "Delivery Attempted - Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 30-05-2026 as the address was inaccessible."
We have cameras everywhere and a parcel box, no attempt at delivery was made.
Next day I called them expecting to file a complaint, since nobody had attempted to deliver. The response was that "Delivery attempted" can mean basically anything, like if the van broke down and they never intended to deliver it, that means delivery attempted. I asked if they could bump it up to Sunday delivery as I had paid for 48 hour delivery and they said no.
I paid for 48 hour delivery, they didn't even try to deliver it within 48 hours, then updated tracking to blame me by saying that they attempted delivery when they didn't, redefined what "attempted delivery" means and then refused to do anything about it.

Parcel was due for delivery today got an email from royal mail saying so then 3 minutes later got an email saying attempted delivery phoned royal mail and they said it must have been a mistake but it will still be delivered today. Unbearably unthinking and incompetent. Yet again they didnt leave my parcel in my safe space. No doubt they will redeliver on Monday wasting more time and resources and disturbing a terminally ill resident.

I paid for a next day 24hr tracked delivery, they blatantly claimed to deliver my parcel but that 'there didn’t seem to be anyone in' even though I was home and there was no sight of them whatsoever. I ordered a parcel to be collected on Tuesday and was told there was no parcel to collect, so had it redirected to be collected on Saturday and told no labels and yet it says do not print a label they will bring it. I contacted Royal Mail and the person was so rude & arrogant, he kept interrupting me and telling me to listen when I was trying to tell him what had happened. I would never ever contact them again terrible, terrible service and absolutely no customer tolerance.
Great next day delivery service
My experience with Royal Mail has always been very good. Recent parcel was delivered next day and was hidden from street view. Perfect. Parcels are always handled with care and not damaged. Thank you Royal Mail.

Completely incompetent. Two parcels ordered at different times take weeks to arrive.
One parcel, they said arrived at depot on the 5th May, still haven't received it on 30th May.

Their parcel delivery man mistakenly placed an envelope at the wrong address. The envelope was a private mail delivery form that requires a signature because I paid for delivery. The parcel delivery man mistakenly placed it at another house, and the envelope contained sensitive documents with important information that is vulnerable to theft.

I am completely dissatisfied with the delivery service. Royal Mail delivery personnel often knock very quietly, only once, and do not allow sufficient time for the door to be answered.
It can give the impression that completing the delivery is not a priority, and that the parcel can be delivered on any subsequent day regardless of its importance or urgency to the customer.

Paid for tracked 48. They claimed they attempted delivery twice but evidence on door cam and CCTV cameras show they clearly didn’t. Factor in the bank hol and the 48 hours has turned into a week.

The staff are treat the business model is outdated. Waited in 5hours for a parcel that never arrives.
This isn't the first time. Friends who run businesses were telling me yesterday how they are having parcels go missing all the time without compensation.
Royally associated services in Britain are in complete and utter shambles.

I placed an order and due to previous problems with Royal Mail I requested my parcel be delivered to my local Royal Mail Depot as I thought that might be safer only to turn up to pick up my parcel to find they had given it to the wrong person. They claimed that the person had my ID which I find highly dubious as I didn't even receive an email stating it had arrived only one stating it was in transit. More likely the person who got my parcel was picking up their parcel and got mine instead or as well. This delivery was the third one in a row from them where something major has gone wrong. I now no longer choose the Royal Mail option when I order items if it can be avoided which so far it has.
So slow they can't keep to the time slots
They never deliver parcels in slots they give on tracking yodel faster now these worse then snails dislike using this company its rubbish old days mail be here early hours also come late now wake my toddler who in bed after 7pm

Usually a good service but this week beggars belief. Arranged a collection which did not materialise, rearranged to find this was once again not completed. Well third time lucky but if this time I’m let down I will be switching services. I cannot run a business like this; even if they can!
