I ordered three albums from this site for the first time. The three I ordered have been hard to find, so I was really surprised to see them. They arrived fairly quickly, well packaged, and are high quality. I will definitely be ordering more from Rough Trade. Nice job and much quicker than one of their competitors.

Ordered the Bruce Springsteen Live From Asbury Park 2024 5LP box set — not exactly a light package — and it arrived in perfect condition. No corner damage, no sleeve wear, nothing. Whatever they're doing with their packaging, it works.
The site itself is straightforward and easy to navigate, which sounds like a low bar but honestly isn't in the world of independent record retail. Found what I was looking for quickly, checkout was painless, and I always knew where my order was.
For a limited RSD release like this one, where you're spending serious money on something that's impossible to replace if it shows up damaged, that kind of reliability matters. Rough Trade delivered on all fronts. Will be back.

Excellent choice of albums in the Bank Holiday sale. I bought two LPs to add to my collection and thoroughly enjoying them. The latest Elder Island album is also quite difficult to find so this was especially pleasing to purchase. Whatever you buy always arrives in good strong recyclable cardboard so the album covers are pristine.
I will definitely be returning especially as I was rewarded with free postage on my next purchase due to the regularity of buying. Brilliant!!
