This is the most dreadful customer service I ever experienced.
Not only does the interlocutor keep changing but they keep the customer in an infernal loop as to not deal with the issue.
We purchased a rotimatic next after enquiring about the material trying to make sure no PFAS or PFAE were used, which the staff confirmed only to say the opposite later on after the purchase around the end of 2025.
We demanded to return the machine which they dragged passed the return policy to even reply to that query.
After a dreadfully long exchange, once we had a response, one of their staff finally agreed on making an exception for us to return the machine and get a refund.
We proceeded to return the machine as per their instructions, the machine is now at their facility. They confirmed it and confirmed a refund is being processed. Weeks later and after several enquiries about the refund status which was confirmed to being "processed: we still have NO REFUND and they DARE offering "an alternative" to get a new machine instead.
We insist on getting our refund as agreed upon weeks prior and then end up with automatic emails asking to fill up a stupid form and have yet again No refund to this day.....
It's been MONTHS and the situation remains unresolved.
So I will be blunt spare yourself a headache: avoid this company and their products like the plague!

Nothing ss claimed. It works ok only on one setting. If you change anything else like increade thickness of roti or more oil then. peoblem starts like dough not formed.It gets stuck somewhere. It starts truuble shooting. Forget about trying different recioe. Sine I have bought 3 to 4 months, I am able to cook rotis just on one setting. Even speed of making rotis not as claimed. Clearly takes more time.overall feels waste of money.

Scammed by Rotimatic.
We got a Rotimatic Next Machine in November 2025. Since day one we had problems with it. Sometimes the dough ball would get stuck or just fall out of the machine. The rotisserie that did come out were either not fully cooked or folded. When we contacted Rotimatic, they took their time to get back then tried troubleshooting over Zoom despite escalating to higher levels teams. Everything they tried failed. Then one day the machine started making a loud noise as if something was about to break and the whole machine started shaking. We shut it down to prevent damage and injury. Since that day about two months ago, we have been asking for return authorization their response has been to apologize for the delay in taking a decision and that our case was on priority. These responses seem to be AI generated and the company has simply been unresponsive. This seems to be an elaborate scamming operation as their us neither accountability nor responsibility for the defective. We are not the only ones who are scammed, there are any numbers of similar complaints on a forum on Facebook dedicated to this issue. Meanwhile, we are looking for someone to help us get a refund for our money.

We bought Rotimatic Next in Jan and this is a complete defective product. After 2-3 rotis, al we get is dough balls. I am following up since 2-3 months. Their customer service is pathetic. No-one responds. I am struggling to return this product. Highly suggest not to buy it.
Absolute nightmare!!
Absolute nightmare!!! I made a purchase of Rotimatic Next, it took them 5 months to send me the machine. After receiving the machine, I realised, they sent me a defected machine and it is with me for several months and it never worked. It is difficult to get hold of them. I wanted to return the machine and to get my money refunded but is is complicated procedure. Extremely slow, I will suggest not to make any purchase from this company. They send defected machine and their troubleshooting procedure is too slow. I got similar feedback from all my known ones, who purchased Rotimatic. Absolute fraud company!!
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Still Waiting for Refund
I placed an order for a Rotimatic machine on 11 November, expecting a premium product and professional service given the high price of the machine. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.
After placing the order, I received no clear delivery update for months. I repeatedly contacted support asking for a shipping timeline, but I kept receiving vague responses or no response at all. After numerous follow-ups and getting no concrete information about delivery, I finally decided to cancel the order.
Even cancelling the order was a struggle. It required multiple emails and persistent follow-ups before the cancellation was finally acknowledged.
The biggest issue started after that.
I was promised a refund, but it has now been more than 30 days and I still have not received my money back. During this period, I have sent over 30 follow-up emails, yet I have received no response regarding the refund.
To make matters worse, my auto-debit installment is still active, which is completely unacceptable for an order that has already been cancelled.
What is even more frustrating is that there is no reliable way to reach Rotimatic support. Emails go unanswered and there is no effective customer service channel to resolve issues.
After doing more research, I discovered that many other customers are facing similar problems, including people who actually received the machine and still struggled with support.
Please be extremely careful before purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, the lack of communication and the delay in refund processing is very concerning.
I strongly recommend that potential buyers think twice before spending their hard-earned money here.

From the beginning, the experience has been unacceptable. The product was delivered nearly a month late despite repeated follow-ups. Shortly after delivery, the dough catcher broke, rendering the system unusable. A machine that cannot perform its basic function is of no use to me.
What is even more concerning is the complete lack of customer support over the past several months. Beware Rotimatic Scam!!!
We ordered a Rotimatic NeXT in Nov 2025 and received in Feb 25 2026. It never worked. We spent hours and days with an unresponsive customer support and only outcome was we went on throwing out dough and cleaning the machine on repeated failed attempts. Finally fed up, we asked them for a refund on Mar 2 - their website claims 30 days no questions asked return. But every single day since then has been a nightmare dealing with their support and bots repeatedly deflecting the return request and asking us to fill meaningless forms over and again, and stalling without explicitly refusing to refund. This company is a total fraud with a worthless product.
SAFETY ALERT: Structural Failure and Ignored Thermal Stress Risks
I am sharing this as a formal notice to other consumers regarding the structural integrity of the Rotimatic PLUS.
My unit has developed significant multi-point structural fractures and "crippling" cracks across the chassis. These are not cosmetic. The housing is physically failing under its own thermal load during normal operation. Given that this appliance operates at temperatures near 250°C (480°F), a collapsing outer shell near high-voltage heating elements presents a documented fire and electrical safety hazard.
The most disappointing part has been the corporate response:
Despite providing high-resolution photographic evidence of this structural failure to the executive leadership (including the CEO and CTO), my reports were ignored for over 30 days. I even offered a constructive compromise by offering to pay $420 out-of-pocket to upgrade to their "NEXT" model to ensure a safe machine in my kitchen. The company chose to hide behind expired administrative warranties rather than address the physical safety of their product.
Due to their refusal to mitigate this risk, I have officially filed:

Horrible customer service, non existent. Day 17 after Initial contact of support with no answer. The only thing you gets across all the support channels after 2-5 days is “We’re working on our customer service experience please fill intake form”. Intake form gets filled and support is MIA for 8+ days and counting. Have not heard back once. Let alone the package being stuck with customs and them also attempting to contact Sanjay from rotimatic with no answers for 15+ days.

Absolutely terrible experience with Rotimatic. This has been going on for over 1.5 years with no proper resolution.
I’ve had 20+ support calls (most lasting 40+ minutes), around 55 emails, and endless back-and-forth on their app. The same issue keeps repeating — the stirrer speeds up after 1–2 rotis, making the dough sticky — and despite being told multiple times it would be fixed within 48 hours, nothing has been resolved.
I even had the exact same issue with my previous machine, and now it’s happening again. After my latest call, I was promised action within 48 hours — it’s now been a week with zero progress.
This has been incredibly frustrating and honestly exhausting. For a product at this price point, the level of support is unacceptable. At this stage, I expect either a full refund or a replacement machine.
Would not recommend based on my experience.

I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Rotimatic (Zimplistic).
I placed an order for a Rotimatic machine and made full payment in advance. However, it has now been more than four months, and I have neither received the product nor my refund.
Over the past several months, I have sent multiple emails to their customer support team, trying to resolve the issue in a polite and cooperative manner. Initially, I received some responses with assurances that the matter would be resolved soon. Unfortunately, nothing actually happened.
What is even more concerning is that for the past one month my emails have not been answered at all. Completely ignoring a paying customer after taking their money is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
This entire experience has been very frustrating, mentally stressful, and emotionally disturbing. As a customer, I trusted the company and paid for the product in good faith, but the lack of transparency and communication has been shocking.
A refund transaction should not take several months to process. The continued delay in returning my money raises serious concerns about the company’s customer service practices.
At this stage, I am left with no product, no refund, and no response from the company.
I strongly urge Rotimatic / Zimplistic to take responsibility and process my refund immediately.
I hope that by sharing this experience publicly, the company will finally address this issue and resolve it without forcing customers to take legal or financial dispute actions.

I purchased a Rotimatic just 3 months ago and have had nothing but problems from day one. I expected a premium product with premium support — instead, I got neither.
Issue #1: The flour container has never worked since the day I received the machine. I reported this immediately, and after weeks of back-and-forth, Rotimatic promised to ship a replacement. That replacement has still not arrived. No updates.
Issue #2: On top of the flour container problem, my transfer arm is stuck — a separate technical fault. Rotimatic scheduled a technical support call to resolve this. I showed up on time. Their technician did not. No call, no email explaining the no-show, no rescheduling — just silence.
At this point, I have a $1,000+ machine that has never functioned properly, a missing replacement part, and a support team that ghosts scheduled appointments. There is no way to reach a real human representative. Emails go unanswered. Calls lead nowhere.
This is not acceptable for a product at this price point. I am demanding an immediate resolution — either a full replacement unit or a complete refund. If this is not addressed promptly, I will be escalating to my credit card company and filing a complaint with consumer protection authorities.
Rotimatic, do better.

It has been 12 weeks since my order and still waiting for the product. The planned delivery date was March 7 and a day before it, I get a mail that it'll be delayed by 3-4 weeks.
I don't mind the 10 week wait time as that is what I signed up for. But, the last day nonchalant mail that 'btw, it'll be delayed' is unprofessional. Still waiting..
