The entire social of this company is riddled with incompetent customer support.
For a 1500 GBP product, they've left their customers in the shadows with AI responses.
The worst is them not even refunding the money taken.
It does work, if you bear with it
Originally I was really unhappy with the machine because it has no settings and has constant issues.
After finding more information about the machine I learned that it is very dependent on what kind of flour is used.
Also, the software for the machine is horrible (1/10). There is no settings for anything; modify amount of water, amount of oil, amount of flour, how long to mix for, the pressure when squishing the roti, and cooking the roti.
All of this is left to the useless ai that keeps making the same mistake again and again.
If you have made the same mistake as me and got the machine, do the following. Get a full bag of your favorite flour and oil. Then keep asking it to make 2 roti, Each time it fails, remove any dough and tell it a what it did wrong (a few times) then ask it to make it again. Keep repeating until it can make the roti. It may take a long time and your bag of flour may finish just doing this but at least for me it did work after that.
I am confident with a custom frimware the rotimatic would be a lot better.
I also don't feel comfortable why the machine is connected to the internet, and their customer support can remote in to change these settings but I cannot access the same settings.
Update: I actually had no idea that rotimatic also sells their own flour. I am 100% confident they made the machine this way so you have to buy their flour. I think they are wanting to become the new printer company that sells you overpriced flour.

Machine broke on first use. 47 days later — still no fix.
My Rotimatic NEXT (Order #2773) was delivered on 27 Feb 2026. The dough catcher broke on the very first run. I have not been able to make a single roti in 47 days of ownership.
What followed:
• Support promised a replacement within 2 weeks — in writing.
• They also confirmed in writing that my 30-day return window would be paused until replacement arrives.
• 2 weeks passed. No replacement.
• When I followed up, they sent an automated response asking me to fill a fresh intake form — resetting my entire case.
• 47 days in: no replacement, no refund, no resolution.
The product quality is one issue. But the after-sales experience is what should worry potential buyers. Written commitments mean nothing to this company.
If you're considering this purchase, ask yourself: what is your recourse if it fails some day?
Extremely poor customer support
Extremely poor customer support. Our machine broke down during the warranty period, and we were asked to return it, which we did - send from UK to Singapore. Since then, there has been no response at all. They continue to ignore calls and emails.
The company shows no professionalism in honoring its warranty commitments. They seem focused only on collecting money from customers while avoiding responsibility for their faults.
Overall, this is a highly unprofessional company with zero customer support.

Very Poor Customer Service & Broken Promises
I had a highly disappointing experience with Rotimatic support.
My machine stopped working within just 2 months of use, after I had already waited around 2.5 months for delivery. After multiple follow-ups, the team arranged a pickup and assured me of a high-priority replacement, along with:
$100 compensation
3-month extended warranty
A brand-new machine (not refurbished)
However, once the machine was picked up, there was complete silence. Despite repeated follow-ups, I received no meaningful response—only automated messages stating “we are upgrading our support system,” which was extremely frustrating.
Eventually, I did receive a replacement machine, but the issues didn’t end there:
The extended warranty was not honoured
The flour container arrived damaged
And once again, I am chasing support with no response
This has been a very frustrating and exhausting experience. For a premium product, the level of after-sales service and communication is simply not acceptable.
I would not recommend based on this experience.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. I ordered it on 10 Jan 2026 but still not delivered to date (12Apr2026). Tried to follow up via email, online support chat etc. many times but no response. The website order tracking service says it is undergoing quality check but no clear delivery timeline. Please avoid buying it.

This product was delivered to me in first week of March 2026 after placing my order on last week of November 2025.
This company continued to take money all these months without delivering the product..
I had to write to them to get the product delivered finally.
Once delivered, the product was faulty from the beginning, all it makes is sloppy dough, and not even one roti.
The app doesn’t work either, so many glitches.
They offered technical support as they themselves admitted that a senior technician has been able to fix issues previously.
I do r understand why they sell faulty products in the first place and don’t believe in their quick fixes. I can’t trust a product which has been faulty from the beginning to work smoothly for a good period of time..I had asked for a refund and ship back of machine at their expense, for which I have received no response so far..I don’t believe in this company any more.

I’m very disappointed with my Rotimatic—it has been a complete waste of money. I waited almost 2 months for delivery, and after paying nearly $1800, I expected much better quality.
Unfortunately, the rotis come out uncooked, almost like raw dough. I contacted customer service, and the experience has been unacceptable. They asked for pictures and videos, which I provided, and then scheduled an online troubleshooting session. However, no one showed up for the appointment.
I tried reaching out multiple times after that, but the response has been the same—no real help or resolution. Their customer service is extremely poor, and no one seems interested in fixing the issue.
It has now been almost 2 months, and I am still facing the same problem. I’ve tried everything—adjusting flour, oil, and water—but nothing works.
Please don’t waste your money or time like I did. Don’t be misled by the videos showing perfect rotis—those results feel unrealistic based on my experience

We upgraded from Rotimatic Plus to the Next model in May 2025 and didn’t even receive the machine until October 2025. From day one, it failed to perform as advertised—consistently producing undercooked rotis.
After months of struggling to get any real customer support and trying to troubleshoot on our own, your team finally agreed to replace the defective unit. We received written confirmation on March 6, 2026 that a replacement would be shipped within two weeks.
We promptly returned the product (even arranging FedEx drop-off ourselves due to lack of coordination on your end). It has now been over FOUR weeks with:
• No replacement shipped
• No communication from the company
• No meaningful response despite repeated attempts to follow-ups via chat or email
At this point, we’ve paid in full and have been without a working machine for nearly a year. This reflects:
• Failure to deliver within a reasonable timeframe
• Failure to honor warranty commitments
• Misrepresentation of product quality and customer support
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and it feels like the company is stealing from consumers.

Went against all those nagetive reviews and placed order end of January for Rotimatic Next, order tracking says expected to be delivered on 02/04/2026 but no more updates since 05/02/2026, this is the last update said, under quality check.
Emailed more than 50 times, Web chat service is uselsess, cannot talk to any human.
Pathetic customer service.
I will wait this week or go to my credit card company to get refund for this to be honest.
Supported this brand being Indian but should not have done it.

I purchased the Rotimatic Plus with a 2-year extended guarantee on 16 January 2025 for €1,989.69. The machine was defective and unusable within weeks of purchase. After repeated complaints for over 7 months, a replacement was initiated over 4 months ago.
On 6 March 2025, I received a written confirmation from Rotimatic's logistics support team after repeated follow ups that the remanufactured replacement unit was "being prepared for shipment" and would be "shipped out on March 15." That date came and went with no shipment and no tracking information provided.
Since then, complete silence. Multiple follow-up attempts have received no response whatsoever.
I have owned this machine for nearly 3 months and have been unable to use it for 7 of those months. I paid a premium price specifically for the extended guarantee, which has proven entirely worthless.
I would caution anyone considering a purchase — particularly at this price point — to carefully consider the after-sales support before buying.

Worst product and worst customer service. I ordered dough container and it’s not working. I could not reach support to report the issue. No phone and email support..they don’t respond . What if we buy a Rotimatic for 1800 dollars and if we have any issue ?? We need to trash the product..

I placed an order for a Rotimatic in November 2025, and months later (today date 6 April 2026) it has still not been delivered. The order status has been stuck on “On Hold” with no explanation, no delivery timeline, and no resolution.
Despite sending multiple emails, Rotimatic only sends automated, system‑generated replies. There has been no meaningful human response, no escalation path, and no accountability for holding a fully paid order indefinitely.
This level of service is unacceptable—especially for a high‑value appliance. Charging customers in full and then failing to deliver the product for several months, without transparent communication, breaches basic consumer trust.

I had bought old rotimatic and had some issues with roti quality and machine functioning. The customer service was hard to get hold of. After 3- 4 months of back and forth we finally started getting some decent rotis. Although it doesnt make good jowar or bajra rotis.
I recently bought rotimatic Next and the rotis are uncooked and very small.
I sent a message on app and was given an appt date. I didnot get a call from anyone

I ordered this machine last fall. It arrived 4 months later in December.
The flour container was defective and the machine couldn’t be used.
It took several weeks to get in touch with customer service. I had similar issues with agent not contacting me then. I took appt and no one called me.
I had requested to return the machine in December and again in February, but they offered me $200 as compensation but no instruction on how to return the machine. No compensation offered either till date.
The rotis are half cooked and the app asked us to adjust 4 times which did not work. I could finally make an appt. But no one called us. I am still trying to contact the customer service team.

Horrible product and even worst customer service. Rotimatic team I’m posting my messages here because after 34 emails back and forth, 9 reach outs on your web chat, and multiple times trying to reach you thru your app, I’m yet not getting response from you guys. After issues that I reported since day 1 , now the machines has completely stopped working. Take back your horrible product and give me back my money.
1. False and misleading advertising - product does not do what they advertise. Their customer rep confirmed it— Rotimatic Next does NOT make millet rotis!! It’s false advertising! They mislead their customers.
2. I’ve been messaging them to return the product - the website says “return within 30 days, no questions asked” — Hah!! Not true- they pester you with questions and then stop responding
3. Worst customer service ever - they bounce you around multiple reps and then they remove the history of emails. WARNING- keep a history of all emails and communication with this company.
4. This machine uses 1/2 tsp oil per roti !! There is NO option of using zero oil. So if you’re eating 3-4 rotis in a meal , your consumption of oil goes up by 2 tsp per meal! “healthy”?? Not in my dictionary!
5. Rotimatic Next is advertised as “whisper quiet” - that is not true at all. The machine is so loud and noisy that one cannot hold a conversation in the room while it is running.
6. Several other issuers that I encountered include — The roast level setting does not seem to be functioning - roasts at all levels are turning out the same - even when we set it at level 5, rotis are uncooked. The flour container keeps getting stuck and gives the error that the flour tunnel is blocked - and the container lid gets stuck. The dough is either too wet or too dry- don’t even ask the amount of flour and uncooked rotis I’ve had to throw away due to the issues. That is my hard earned money going in trash!
