I have a complaint to make

I also have a complaint to make. be very careful because when you have to withdraw money it always complicates the system and you can't solve anything with the chat. Depositing is done in 3 seconds and when you want to withdraw you only have problems. I think they intentionally make it difficult because I have played at several casinos and I have never encountered anything like this before.
I hope that I will receive my withdraw!!!

Did not recieve bonus or free spins.

Last night I made 5 deposits totalling $418. 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th deposits I was smart and tried to use the bonus code which I correctly copied and pasted the codes. I did not once see or recieve any bonuses or free spins as mentioned in each promotion of bonus. So I thought perhaps they or atleast 1 of the bonuses or free spins would be applied after awhile so I continued and deposited a 5th amount. Only to come back to the site tonight and no bonus or free spins in site. Hard to navigate this site also. So I went to the support chat and was transferred to "jeff" who only did the blame game and took no responsibility and no apology. I have screen shots of the whole conversation if anyone would like to see the disappointing conversation with the agent "jeff". Telling me I had not entered a code when I know for a fact I had entered a code and jeff saying I should next time contact the team of I don't recieve my bonuses. Also that he could not manually give my bonuses or spins as the system won't allow him to do so. Which to me sounds like they are admitting to being wrong.
In any case I definitely do not recommend this site. It's staff do not know how to take accountability or accept there would be a fault in the system but instead blame the player which jeff was incorrect with the blaming. I'm very disappointed as a first time player last night and definitely won't be returning. However I will be making a complaint to Department of Internal Affairs about this Fraudulent gaming site.

Overall good

Overall good. On 2nd or 3rd deposit using welcome bonus I wagered the amount required and was still able to make a nice return worth withdrawing. Verification was quick and simple. Requested bank withdrawal 2 days ago and have just gotten confirmation withdraw is approved and awaiting funds now. Pretty happy with my experience so far
