The negative reviews here are honestly beyond me—I can't relate to them at all.
Back in May I had 2 occasions when I had 2 deposits rejected. I had the notifications that the money had come out of my bank account, so I messaged support straight away. They asked for a screenshot to show that the money had come out.
I went onto my bank app (Commbank) and the transactions did not show up. This is what happens if it comes back. Instead of showing the debit and credit into the account, it doesn't have anything at all.
Everything was fine and I didn’t have an issue. Then 2 months later, I noticed 2 transactions had come out. These were to 2 Nigerian accounts. 1 I could find online, the other shown nothing.
I then looked at my history on the Rooli app and these and a couple of other deposits I had made had CCCDebit next to them. I thought that was weird and checked my bank app for another 2 that were successful. 1 was to the same Nigerian account that I could find online and the other was another that I couldn't find. These 2 matched up completely.
I contacted support and asked either for the funds be added to my account or to have it refunded. They asked for screenshots, so I took 1 of each 4 transactions (the 2 that recently came out, but were rejected in May as well as the 2 that were paid to Nigerian accounts that were successful and 1 was even the same) I also took a screenshot of my deposit history that shown that these CCCDebit are to Nigerian accounts.
They denied that the payments that come out of my account was by them. I then said might not be them, but is a third party that they use, so it does fall on them. They took no credibility for it at all. I even pointed out that 1 of the deposits that was successful on the app matched the debit on my account to a company with same name as the debit that came out recently. The dates and times match. They still deny or take credibility for this.
I got a bonus of 50$. I play through the requirements of 1500$ and still had winnings. I went to cash out and received a message saying they confiscated my winning because I went over the allowed winning amounts and to read the terms and conditions. Which I have and nothing is mentioned.
Sent a message to them still haven't heard anything.
I have reached out to legal advice to start a class action as I see that I'm not the only one that is having this issue.

After reading there reply is complete crap. About 3 weeks ago I got a free bonus again and 2as able to withdrawal 600$ from a 1.68 bonus. I have everything screenshot and documented. Enough is enough

I had played for my first time at this casino last week and deposited around 800 that week as Monday I got my cash back of 55 dollars. I start playing premier blackjack lucky lucky and the bonus says you can’t bet more then 7 dollars so I was playing two hands at 3 dollars per hand and on any other casino if you try to make a bet over the max amount the bonus allows it pops up an error and you gta log back in and it doesn’t let you make the bet. Dealer gets dealt a 6 and my one hand I was dealt a 6 and a 4 so like any other person that plays blackjack I doubled down and won I ended up getting up to 1000 dollars and then had trouble with this casino to verify my account to withdraw and finally they did verify it then they confiscated my 1000 dollars because I went over the max bet of the bonus which is bullshit so there telling me I couldn’t double down on blackjack hands nor split cards follow blackjack rules because I went against the terms well if that’s the case then why have it so you can play black jack with bonus money if you can’t play it properly, the support team very rude and no help what’s so ever and they won’t give me my money that I won. I would never ever deposit or play on this casino again they deserve to be shut down and clearly there broke if they gta be cheeky like that and not pay it out. I did small deposit and I played like 3 minutes one slot. After that I still had more than 70% of the money left from ny deposit but I got message that my account has been disabled. I couldnt log back in to my account and didnt get my money back. I contacted to customer service and to get my deposit money back I would need to upload many documents which makes no sense at all because they closed my account. Pls put your money somewhere else than this ”casino”.

My Experience with Rooli Casino
As a VIP member at several online casinos, I can confidently say that Rooley Casino has been the worst by far. Despite depositing significant amounts, I’ve not managed to make one withdrawal. The only substantial win I had came from a bonus, but due to their restrictive bonus terms and conditions, they stripped my winnings by a substancial amount.
To make matters worse, the casino then made the withdrawal process a nightmare by demanding proof of deposits from old cards which I had to replace due to some security issues I believed was caused from this casino. It felt like a deliberate tactic to avoid paying out. Their terms and conditions are convoluted and seem designed to protect them at the expense of players. READ THE T&As carefully.
Overall, I’d strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Rooli Casino. It’s not worth the hassle or the risk. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I’m extremely disappointed with Rooli Casino’s handling of my account, which was blocked with €4,820 in winnings despite my full cooperation. On May 12, 2025, I contacted live chat (agent: Sally) after my withdrawal was flagged due to a registration error. I submitted all requested KYC documents (ID, proof of address, ETH wallet proof for my €60 deposit) as instructed, and Sally assured me this would resolve the issue. She escalated my case to the “relevant department,” promising an email update, but as of May 13, 2025, at 11:20 AM CEST, I’ve received no communication, and my account remains blocked.
Rooli’s support has been completely unresponsive, ignoring my follow-up emails. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a casino holding such a significant balance.
I trusted Rooli with my funds, but their refusal to communicate or resolve this issue has left me with no choice but to warn others. I’d like to resolve this amicably—either by reinstating my account or processing a fair partial payout—but Rooli’s silence is forcing me to escalate. i will update my review accordingly if matters change... but as far as right now im very disappointed with my experience at rooli for a few reasons..
1.made my deposit and won so I tried cashing out and from what I can see most people seem to have fast payouts or so they say but when I went to proceed with my cash out its been nothing but a hassle and really starting to think they have just ripped me off... and I'm not new to the online casino game that's for sure so I can garentee all my ducks were in a row but they just haven't sent me my withdrawl... their excuse is they had problems with the withdrawl so they had to go ahead and do it manually so I gave them all my information again and yo try and get a response from them other than you just have to be patient and wat h your emails... but its been a week now and they even disabled my account until this manual withdrawl is dealt with... At first was a great site I thought! Easy to use and plenty of deposit methods, quick withdrawals. I have refered many people now and this last experience of trying to get credited the promised referral bonus has been a total letdown to how it's being handled in having the issue fixed. Told I needed the email of the person who used my link, which I'm not sure why that would be as they would have the email of the person who clicked & signed up under my link anywho gave them that anyway to try get it sorted only to be told now over and over that a manager is yet to look into it and I just have to wait and can't tell me how long that may take to happen...
