Absolutely hopeless
Absolutely hopeless, sent a damaged vent with parts missing, told me I had to pay to return it, then claimed they would send out the missing parts only to send another (even more damaged) vent. Customer service is slow and unhelpful, I certainly wouldn't recommend them.

This was my first order with the Roofing Superstore. Their prices were very competitive and their reviews were good so I thought it was worth trying them. The goods arrived on time but unfortunately the delivery lorry was too big for access. The goods were redelivered in the smaller vehicle 3 working days later. All good.

Roofing superstore great, courier rubbish
The process of buying via roofing superstore was easy and everything is such a great price.
Unfortunately DX Express are the courier they use, who are absolutely horrendous!
I was told if would arrive on Tuesday - it did not! And slot was after their customer service centre closes - how convenient!
Told it would arrive Wednesday - it did not!
Then finally they turned up Thursday but with only part of the order - asked driver where rest was and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked off!
Final part arrived Friday.
Please please please use a better professional courier services
For customer deliveries.

I can not fault Roofing Superstore at all.
They had the correct size loft hatch we needed, it was delivered to us rapidly, communication was excellent, the price was amazing so with all of that I highly recommend them.
The loft hatch itself fit like a glove and was installed within 5 minutes .
