A few slates on my delivery were damaged on arrival but items were replaced within 2 days so no complaints there. Altogether satisfactory.

Avoid at all costs
We ordered Marley roof tiles from this company, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing and has caused significant disruption to my project.
The tiles were never delivered. Instead, we received an email stating that we now need to pay a failed delivery charge of £1,460, because their driver could not access our property.
We disputed this and requested the lorry's driving/recording evidence. The recording clearly showed that the driver never even attempted to turn into our street and never contacted us but the company continuing to claim that our property was inaccessible.
We also provided the company with evidence of other commercial vehicles successfully accessing our property and delivering bricks, 6 meter long timber, steels and other building materials. Despite this evidence, they continued to insist that our house was inaccessible.
After numerous emails and a great deal of wasted time, the company eventually agreed to issue a full refund. However, despite agreeing to this, they have still not returned our money.
We have now request a chargeback through our bank and have provided the bank with the evidence relating to the failed delivery, the driver's recording, our correspondence with the company, and the agreed refund.
We are also seeking legal advice regarding our financial losses and the considerable time wasted dealing with this matter, as well as the company's failure to return our money after agreeing to a full refund.
This situation has delayed our project and caused us financial loss, additional work and unnecessary stress. We have spent far too much time chasing a problem that should never have happened.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
We now ordered the roof tiles from Jewson and they were successfully delivered to our property on the very first attempt, without any access problems whatsoever.

Incorrect orders
I specifically asked for a polycarbonate roofing sheets size 18 foot wide by 13 foot long , I clearly asked for how many sheets were needed and was told I need 3 panels but I need 4 and a half. They are supposed to be professional but obviously not so I am left with nearly half a roof.

Expensive Delivery Cost
Materials required were all in stock. A bit disappointing to pay £9.60 standard delivery for two roofing tapes and 10m of 1m wide membrane for goods worth £82. The delivery actually went up from £7.20 to £9.60 when I changed from 8 to 10m of membrane. Not used the items yet so can’t comment on them.
