Checked out several suppliers ...Roofglaze was the keenest price and the specifications of the product looked to be acceptable, so purchased and fitted the product. Very, very satisfied with it, and it “does what it says on the tin”

Disappointed with the customer service…
Disappointed with the customer service given on damaged and in undilivered, components
Also when we purchased our lanterns the web site said they where in stock, with delivery within 7 days.
3 weeks later we were still waiting for delivery.
Take note the kits come from different manufacturers, and will arrive e on different days.
You will be notified after you have completed your purchase, and you have to be there to help unload, or the won't leave the goods.
This information should be given prior to purchase completion, not after.

Roof Lantern
It was going well. The lantern was due for delivery 16/07 but I was informed it would be a day late. This posed no problem and was delivered well protected and on the revised day. Issue has been with the glass that is supplied by a separate contractor. Was due 13/07, then 16/07, then 17/07. Was e.mailed by Abby at Roofglaze to inform me that it is now due 23/ 24 July. Biggest down is that this install could have been completed this week but will now have to wait until glass is delivered. Abby has been helpful but its just a little disappointing to have wasted two days waiting for a delivery that didn't arrive.
