No wonder they have a 1.6 rating! They knew one of us was disabled, so would gain access for free to everywhere, but still took 300 euros.
They told me the bus may reject my partner with a wheelchair, which is illegal all over the UK and EU.
The Vatican rejected the tickets they provided on the app, but told us we could gain free entry anyway, which the Omnia omitted, to help steal our money.
They have refused a refund after not using anything and them missleading us, so time for a big legal battle!
Please stay away, this is a very immoral company who tried to ruin out engagement holiday. Rome is a wonderful city with beautiful food and architecture and the people are really nice 90% of the time (higher rates than most). But this company is misleading and has no moral fibre. The app released the tickets, and they were rejected, now they're telling me I needed to collect a kit... after the event and requesting a refund. Disgraceful, please save your money!
We have used the big bus company in Paris and should have got that in Rome without this disgusting fake pass!

I'd like to give 0 stars. I bought cards for myself and my mum, hoping it would save time due to the fast track queuing that was promised. Reader, there is no fast track option in Rome. There was not a single attraction/monument/museum we visited where a fast track option was available. This card is a complicated and needlessly expensive way to see Rome; don't do it. You will not save time and you will lose money to this absolute scam.

Apart from the City Sightseeing bus we found the Omnia pass rather useless, and the office difficult to find. None of the locals we asked knew anything about it. Would not recommend.

These a*holes renamed themselves and now chasing individual reviewer for "proof" of their experience. I wish they instead improved their fraudulent services. a bunch of thieves. Just look at their Google reviews. YOur copypaste reply took you longer to write than it will even take you to improve. Your business will go bust eventually.

Many conflicts between the information on the Omnia website and from the other companies.
Not so clear information, not interesting from the economic point of view

Passes do not include enough activities and discounts are not important enough from the 3rd activity. Too bad the "full experience" is not included! but
Roma is great!

When arriving by plane, train or bus in Rome, it would have been nice to be able to collect the pass at the airport or at the bus and train station. Why is there an "OMNIA PASS" application if you cannot have the tickets you reserved with this application?. There are big bugs in the “OMNIA PASS” application.

I paid penalty for public transport. They said your card is invalid. I went the omna card office at vatikan. They said it was valid and you are right , but we can not do anything about it. Punishment is not our scope. So I paid 108€ for me and my wife. I dont understand why I bought it. I advise not to buy this card ,buy roma pass card at rome. If there is a trouble , omnia card office never do anything.

This is a tourist trap - Run away form it!
It does not help for booking as you still need to do it separately for each location/site, card is about more expensive that invividual entrances / things you can do within 72h, you have to collect it in specific location having limited open hours, and more…
Everything combined, this pass costed me more than 100€ more that I would have paied without and it wasted time on the top.
Never again!

Really cumbersome process from beginning to the end:
1. Very difficult to understand what the pass allows you to do. We had to spend hours crawlung the website. The website should be improved.
2. Very difficult to book the different activities online. Too many websites. Window of booking dates is different feom one site to the other.
3.very difficult to find the place where to collect the cards. There was no flag or physical indication that the office was there.
4. Children cards do not allow all activities. We had to queue for 30 min at the Capitole museum because kids had to pay for a separate entrance fee.

Only one site to book everything would be much much better to improve the booking experience, which was very frustrating. The trip itself ran well, because I planned it well, but an app with live time - or at least estimated - attendance would be better to further increase planning.

Very confusing booking experience. You have to be online to show app bookings/tickets and can't store in Google wallet. Just about worth having but they could make many improvements. The ORP agent was very pushy in making us book Basilica di Santa Maria in via Lata but circled the wrong place on the map (San Giovanni in Laterano) so we wasted the booking.

Everything went wrong. No reliable information. We were booked for the Vatican on July 30th. Entrance to the museum at 11 a.m. and the basilica until 4 p.m. After the museum, an agent to whom we showed our tickets told us to queue to enter the basilica, because it opened at 2:30 p.m....after a long wait in full sun we were prevented from entering because the basilica was closed for a special event! it's incredible ! a wasted afternoon waiting in the sun. So the Omnia agent did not inform us. The same goes for the buses: no information, no timetable... we got on a bus, which left to park and wait at Termini for half an hour... so much time wasted in the heat. It's dramatic. It's to expensive for the service !!! A real disaster, not to mention that all the Italian agents we tried to ask questions to did not want to inform us because they said they worked for another company.

Everything is Good. Only the system of get the cards could improve, sending to home; to avoid going to the points of taking.
Attention to client, vía mail was fast and resolutive.

If I could give no stars I would. This works only for the transit. You will waste at least half a day picking up and booking is a nightmare. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told they would look into it. Heard nothing since

Very pleased but
- Not Quick entry at the Vatican Museum as told
- Santa Maria via Lata visit reserved but Church closed
Hello,
The "Collection Desk" located at Piazza di Porta S.Giovanni does not exist or was closed.
No one was able to tell me where there was this office in the area of this basilica, impossible to find this office.
So I went to the other Office which is close to the Vatican where I was finally able to get my cards (transport + visits included).
Regards
The metro and bus pass was great. The Omni card was a total rip off. Hard to pick up.
Skip the line Vatican museum was anything but. We had been before so when we were finally in we knew where to go. Basilica didn’t need a booking so wasted a booking on that. Nothing else was even available. Use tour guy!! Money thrown away on omni card.

Good: the pass did its job for all the visits. It is well known and taken into account by those in charge of access. He saved us from waiting in long lines.
Not so good: the reservation process is a bit perilous and you have to go to several sites where choosing dates and times could be difficult.
