Well when I first purchased my blinds I would have given 5 stars. Excellent delivery, looked great, however, after having been up for a couple of years I'm livid. All the small bathroom/toilet windows are fine, but the way these blinds are made for larger living room windows needs serious look in at.

Both my living room blinds need throwing. Nearly £400 for 2. The plastic clips that the strings go through that allow each section to be lifted have broken, and are only held to the blind by a thin loop of twill type tape. The process of raising the blind has ripped them all off of both blinds. Furthermore, this tape is stitched on with what looks like a basic stitching thread which has also been ripped off of both blinds.

I am shocked that given these blinds are for larger windows, that they have been made in such a flimsy way. Once all the little fabric loops broke, I could not longer lift the blind. This is unacceptable. Please be aware if you're purchasing blinds for larger windows that this will happen to yours too. The tapes on the back that hold the clips to raise the blind are just too fragile to hold the weight of a larger blind and are stitched on far too delicately. If I'd known this before, I'd never have purchased them. Pity we can't post photos on here as these blinds are a mess.

Can’t install as fittings just fall apart when your trying to hook the blind on

The chain is too short to easily use for the length of drop. The blind hangs a little unevenly where the fabric pulls due to uneven stitching. Company was good with communication and delivery information good. Otherwise it’s fine!

Lovely blinds good quality and easy to fit

I have no problem with the blinds I ordered they are lovely and very pleased with them. There is a but and this is why I only gave 4 stars,was because of the delivery which I suppose is not your fault but I think you should know. For 3 days I stayed at home waiting the delivery they finally arrived on the 4th day which I had to contact DX by text and email eveyday which is a bit off. You are likely paying them quite a bit for delivery so you should know there service is pants.

Great experience. Ordered 8 free samples which arrived within 24 hours. Which is brilliant in its self as they are different as to what you see on a screen. Took 3 weeks to be delivered. And apparently were easy to fit

Perfect blind made exactly to my specification.

I have 3 new blinds which are very nice, except one of them has been fitted with the wrong length white chain....it's too long.
And the plastic covers that go at the base of the chain are missing.....there is just one (broken) plastic cover.
