Don’t waste your time. Redemptions take weeks

Games are fun but other platforms have the same ones. Redemption requests take weeks which is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.

I have been verified on this site for years, cashed out a good bit of times.. all of a sudden April 1st 2026 i go to cash out & now they won't me to verify my account again, verify my email which I did & still not been paid! It's never took this long!! What's the deal rolling riches????

Redemption too slow and customer service dont answer

I have 2 redemptions from the 5th and 28th for 100 and 150 I havent received and have wrote multiple emails to them and they havent responded I like this site alot and if I ever get my money I will change my stars but right now dont like it too much its way too long to recieve your money im updating this cause I did recieve my money but now I have another redemption and praying it doesnt take a month to recieve

DO NOT PLAY HERE !!!!!!!!

I used to love this site but lately I am trying to contact customer service for what feels like forever now and they will not respond they are not paying me out and it’s got me so frustrated this site used to Be better they even call my phone and give me deals but I buy a deal win and now I’m not getting my
redemptions this is very frustrating and I would not recommend this site to anyone at this point

I have been waiting over a week on a…

Cash out: April 1, have been waiting over a week on a cash out with 0 movement and I have also sent several emails with absolutely no response. This is over several days. It’s is absolutely ridiculous as no other casino takes a week or more for cash out. If you win and want your money, don’t play here. I am a loyal player but these cashout have been ridiculous. Please rolling riches don’t comment for me to email as I have for days with no reply.

Update 4/9 :told to email even though I have multiplie times with no reply. There has to be another contact way. I have sent multiple emails. Starting to think this is a SCAM

Redemption not going through

I have submitted my redemption on March 24th and it has not been processed yet usually it’s within 10 days but it’s been longer then 2 weeks, I’ll change to 5 stars when I get my 2 redemptions

Edit: I’m a man of my word, I got my redemption today on April 15th, you guys can do math. We will see if I play again on this site

Terrible Customer Service

Games selection is ok but hardly ever hit. When you do win, redemption times are slow and customer service doesn’t ever reply to messages.

Update: they replied to this review but still haven’t replied to my emails lol!

I cannot believe I am here to do this

I cannot believe I am here to do this, but this is the 8th redemption of 2026 that I have had to constantly contact them just to potentially get a response. I am waiting on 800 and my fiancé is waiting on 650 and they seem adamant about not sending out our money :) completely done with them after/if I get this redemption which I so desperately am in need of. Awful site now, used to be my favorite but have steadily gone downhill over the past few months. Rolling Ditches :)

Slow to NO redemption

I have never played on any system that takes forever to send your redemption. I redeemed a few times and my account was funded within 72hrs. It's going on 3 weeks and still no redemption. I have been told that,

Due to elevated processing volumes, some requests are taking longer than our usual turnaround time. Please be assured that your request is securely in the queue and actively moving through our review process.

Once the review is complete, the status will update automatically, and you will receive a confirmation email immediately.

Slow redemtions and no customer service

I have been waiting for a $300 redemption for 10 days now. I have sent multiple messages trying to find out what is happening and I have gotten no response aside from "we have received your message", yet they call me almost everyday trying to sell mebcoin packages.

Non existing customer support

This site must be a joke. I redeemed on April 1st and have emailed numerous times to only get no response or you get an automated answer, which is clearly bs. I wont be spending anymore money here and I will not play anymore till I get my winnings. I have never encountered this type of nonexisting customer service and i would not recommend this site to anyone. They say they redeem usually with 48 hrs that is bs also I have been waiting now for 8 days and still havent gotten a response from their so called customer support service. DO NOT SPEND MONEY OR WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Well they kept their word, so 5 stars it is. I received one of my two redemption requests, so as a man of my word, I will leave this 5-Star review. Don't waste time with this game!

If I were able, I'd give a lower rating than one star.

I've already reached out. Multiple times. All I get are emails requesting I verify my email address and robo response saying a ticket has been received.

Don't waste time with this game. Customer service/support is nonexistent. I will be logging out and uninstalling the App (tried to close the account but was unable to) I've given up on ever receiving my winnings. But all is well, I've had awesome experiences with other apps/games and payout was much quicker.

NO customer service & NOT processing redemptions

I have been playing with rolling riches for well over a year, and never had a bad experience until this month. I had a $100 redemption go over 30 days and completely lost hope. I purchased a promo a couple weeks ago to try again, and that $100 redemption was left hanging as well. The frustrating part is ZERO customer service response. I've sent at LEAST 6 emails to their team over the last 10 days with NOT ONE SINGLE RESPONSE. They are handing out their support email to everyone but do not reply at all. So that seems a bit dishonest in my opinion to make it sound like you're willing to help but actually will not respond. I will gladly edit my review if I can get some sort of response from this company. As of now, am very very disappointed.
