I've been waiting on my redemption for…

I've been waiting on my redemption for awhile now, sent 3 support messages and haven't gotten an update yet. Y'all send out more promos than you do redemptions apparently. Once I get my redemption, unfortunately I wont be playing on the site anymore. Redemption takes too long!!! Otherwise the games are great.
Update:I reached out again after you guys replied and will wait for a response on the status update of my redemption.

Pay me out R.R.

In the past rolling riches have been great! It was one of my favorite sites to play on. The winnings were good, and the redemption process was fair. Now not so much. I’ve had a redemption pending for the last several weeks, and normally their process is 2-3 business days. I’ve contacted support and got an automatic response, and then someone finally responded with their process is taking a little longer than usual. Ok, how long is a little longer than usual? Now they won’t even respond back! It’s almost like they want you to cancel the redemption and play it all back!! Well… that’s not going to happen!!! It’s crazy how I’ve played on other sites well after the fact won and have been paid out several times!! I don’t know what’s going on rolling riches but please get it together and pay ppl out their winnings in a timely manner!!

Rolling Riches redemption still pending…

Rolling Riches redemption still pending even after contacting them several times on their customer support web address and only receiving a generic message saying they have received my email and giving me some claim number but yet no response as to when I will receive my redemption. Once I wrote a response on Trustpilot they responded with the same generic response that they give everyone on this site as well. They don't have a customer service contact phone number in order for you to talk to someone personally but they have your number and they do call you all the time asking you to sign in to your account and take a look at the great special offer that they are offering you at that time and I did make some package purchases. This unresponsive from rolling riches and the long wait for my redemption is making me think that they are not paying out but collecting people's money because why haven't I received my redemption, I have never had this problem since I have been with them. By the way this is my second review and I still have not received my redemption go figure.

Worst experience ever can’t get it verified from nothing. I’ve emailed them five or six times and every time they reply with your luck it’s been verified, but my account has not been verified.

They won't admit to taking my winnings

They won't admit to taking my winnings. They cancelled two 1000.00 pending redemption transactions without my permission. They wouldn't answer any emails. They finally wrote back and said I played my winnings back. How can I play something that's pending and I didn't cancel myself. That's why they wouldn't answer all my emails until they found an excuse to write back. They scammed me out my winnings and don't wanna take ownership, but will gladly take your money.

Can’t get my redemption and can’t get…

Can’t get my redemption and can’t get anybody to help. This is ridiculous. Been trying since 3/23 and cancelled the redemption to try again but there is no option to redeem anymore.

I was at first very happy and excited…

I was at first very happy and excited with playing, even though I lost quite a lot at first I started winning and now I am very frustrated with them because I am still awaiting $4000. in pay out.
I have written on several occasions to the customer support team, I even got to speak to Mellissa who promised to call me back the next day, of course she did not (i expected that) however, I just want my winnings.

A man of my word I said that I would change my review and erase my first review on the site about rolling riches I'm still giving The game of Three do the amount of time that it took to receive my redemption being it as a was well over the two to three day zone that they said that it would be approved and processed in the fact that other sites like funzpoints paid within seconds I'm not understanding why it takes so long for them to approve and pay but it is what it is but I did finally receive the $1,000 that I redeemed so here it is

Rolling Riches is one of my favorite…

Rolling Riches is one of my favorite places to play, I've redeemed often in the past within 3-4 days, no problems, but this time, I'm getting the runaround, put in a redemption request 4/1, still nothing, not responding to emails, except the automated responses, no one has gotten back to me, repeatedly asking me to verify my email address. I don't know what's going on, but I don't like it, and it's not like them to not pay people their redemption, or to ignore emails, etc.Looks like I'm going to have to find somewhere else to take their place as one of my favorites, this behavior is unacceptable and unusual.

Does Customer Support Check Messages?? Extremely Disappointed!!

It's extremely sad and disappointing I had no other choice but to give this site 2 stars, I would of given it a 1 but it was fun and probably would of given it 5 stars if there wasn't a huge problem with people getting paid their winnings in a reasonable timeframe. I actually thought this online Casino was going to be fast with redemptions and it's basically being recommended on Skrill as one of the top online SC casino's to play at.

If we go through the process of verifying who we are with no problems then the screening process shouldn't take that long, I've had companies take 24hrs to do the screening procedures to make sure everything is legit. It shouldn't take a month to receive $100. I'm close to filing a complaint with Skrill, it shouldn't take 10 business days to process my winnings or anyone else's winnings. Oh I forgot, I read that you don't process winnings on the weekends...SAY WHAT? That blew me away when I read that little thing after redeeming my winnings.
It's not just about the winnings, I've left 2 messages for Support to get back to me and I haven't heard a thing.
Please don't give me excuses either, I can tell you are giving a lot of people the runaround...

I've wrote to support about 5 times now,
I haven't received an answer but I keep getting my messages closed saying SOLVED!! So, now I get a reply saying please message our support team???

The redemption time is so long!!!! would be great if it actually took the time they have explained to me ....
Our internal approval takes around 1-2 business days, and then the redemption process typically takes about 24-48 hours depending on your bank.

Takes OVER A MONTH to pay out just 100$ minimum.

I cashed 100$ to my bank on 3/2. I don’t get my money till 4/8. What a total scam to take over a month to pay a claim.
