Games are fun but redemption time is an issue. They are one of the most well known sweeps casinos. I shouldn't be going on 6 days to redeem. I've been using their platform for almost a year. Why are new casinos redeeming much faster? Redeemed on April 17th. It's now the 22nd and still haven't received my money. I'll give a higher review once I receive my money.

They usually respond pretty quick the last time I sent them emails but after waiting 10 days for a redemption and no response through emails, I’m making other aware before ya’ll put any money into them, that you will be waiting for a long time for a payout and/or a response or maybe no response at all.

I won and requested a redemption got the email back saying that they got my request for my redemption of $150. This was on 412. It is now 422 which I understand has been 10 days and now they’re saying that I’m restricted my state restricted how is that when I got the email confirming my winnings and now I’m restricted and they’re not paying my winnings. If I had the opportunity to do zero stars I would have this place is a scam I want I want $150 and they refused to pay all as I keep getting is the same scripted email over and over and over again ridiculous this place is a scam. Yes I read. Work said it could take up to 10 days but I can’t even get no one to answer to answer me. Some people need that money might not be a lot to a lot of people, but it is a lot to some people.

Never again. I will not use this site again. They can have all the games, smoothest gameplay, etc etc… but the redemption time is beyond abysmal. They can have people call your phone and leave voicemails, but can’t respond to an email. Take your money immediately and then stall on redemption.

Rolling riches always has generous offers and my biggest compliment for them is the customer service especially for a particular employee called Ana she has helped me tremendously I had a problem and she fixed it with ease !! Thank you rolling riches !!!

So received another email asking for my phone number. Okay sent it and my card expiration date seems that that was the problem the first time.
Said the system is going through an update and it is going to take longer than expected, and to cancel my Redemption and start over when the system is back up.. WHAT?? Is anyone else going through this?

Edit: 4/22/06 I was just notified my Redemption did not go through to my bank. So after an hour with the bank turns out rolling riches has put in the wrong expiration date and sent my money back to the "play account"
So I had to do another Redemption.
I am not exactly sure what is going on.
This platform is not for the week carded if you expect your money back fast.

Still waiting on my little $150.00
And all I keep getting is the same email
Due to high volume. Since I put in for my Redemption I have played half a dozen other platforms and have been paid.
Am I the only one having this problem?
AND I do not understand why I trust pilot it keeps taking down my review on this platform for rolling riches?

Day 12 of waiting on 2 redemptions from RollingRiches casino. I've sent over 20 emails in last few days asking what the deal was no actual contact. 2 different auto replies customer support is non existent on this sight. Feels like a scam sight.

I’ll give them 4 stars I’ve won on here so that’s a plus just waiting on my redemption now but I’ll be patient

After waiting for 2 weeks l Finally received my redemption. Thank you Rollingriches. I will be patient next time. Your platform has alot of good enjoyable games . I will recommend the site to all my friends and family members.

Well the platform is clean and not buggy, easy to navigate and they provide such a great game selection from so many wonderful providers my only problem is they do not offer live chat support. You need to email them and even then it takes over 24hours to hear anything from them. Redeeming is a nightmare, its been 15 days and I cant get a response about it and find out whats the hold up. Definitely not a quick redemption process as they promote theyre platform to provide. Until I see a improvement on that subject this rating is the best I can do unfortunately. Maybe in a later time if I do get my redemption and see it quicker may be able to revise my review rating.

3 out of 4 redemptions have been approved so far just waiting on 1 more to get approved that was put in on 4-7-26 so almost 2 weeks. But none the less getting a lil better slowly but surely.

I won over $100 with $9.99 spent. I cashed out $100. When it was still pending approval after 1 week. I contacted their live support. They immediately messaged back. The money was approved right away and was in my bank account 2 days later. Their customer support was great for me. The win was easy and I profited $90, after I spent only $10 for 25 sc. My experience with this casino was great. Thanks Rolling Riches.

The redemption time seems ridiculous. I play on other social casinos and I’ve already gotten paid. I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m not gonna play on it anymore.

Well just like everyone else it seems, wish I would have known before I made my deposit, but didn't think nothing of it because they always paid out with no issue before but it's been a while since I played here and what do you know, they ain't paying out or if they do it's taking 3 weeks from what I'm reading. Not a good sign. More then likely won't play here again because of this which sucks because they were alright... Had good deals. But what's a good deal if you can't cash out from it.? I've messaged support like everyone else only to receive automated response, so no support and even the responses that they are giving back on here seem to be automated and tell us to email support like we are not already. My luck....

I enjoy playing the games on rolling riches. I seriously hate the redemption process. I have been waiting over a week now and received nothing! This process ruins my experience. I keep getting generic responses with no resolution. It takes forever for support to get back with you Lately I have been becoming more and more disappointed

Made my redemption on the 9th got it on the 16th $200 longer than I expected but it came when I really needed it not to happy with the redemption time but I do know I'm definitely going to continue to keep playing rollingriches

Bad news folks, this is a site in which you will wait and wait and wait until you decide to cancel your redemption and play some more and then guess what happens? Poof , gonzo. Any time a site struggles to pay out winners in a timely manner its a bad sign.

There's no wait to deposit $$ but if you are lucky enough to win , get ready for a long ride. Truth be told, I waited a week or so until I finally gave up and canceled my redemption. Hopefully, you will have better luck than me but good lord was that painful.

I am updating a previous review.

My last review was one star because I was not receiving my redemptions from late March and am use to quicker redemptions. I also hate the fact I cancelled a couple redemptions and then lost.

But what I like about this site, the games, the layout, the specials, and the many different amounts you can play. Some other sites, don’t have all the different play amounts.

I finally did receive my redemptions, so that is good that still are paying just very slow.

Knowing that eventually you will receive your redemptions, I will still play this site. I just wish payouts were within a few days not a few weeks.

If they fix the redemption time, I would give a higher score because I really do like this site.
