Verified User - $3,386.52 withheld without explanation.

I am a verified level 3 user from Brazil (User 125012) and I am writing to report a serious problem with Rollbit. On Friday, my account was permanently deactivated without any specific explanation, only alleging a generic "violation of the Terms of Service". They didn't explain any reason for the block, they simply blocked it, and when I entered the chat they said I had violated the terms and that the balance would be lost.

Currently, I have US$3,386.52 on the platform (US$1,586.52 in balance and US$1,800.00 in pending withdrawals). I have screenshots of everything.

All my funds were obtained through legitimate sports betting before the games started. I also have screenshots of the bets I placed. My identity and documents were fully approved by the team even before I started betting.

The only possible technical problem could be my internet provider (Starlink), which uses international gateways/IPs because it's a satellite service. This is a technical characteristic of the provider, not a violation of the rules on the user's part. Anyone who uses Starlink knows that it can sometimes pull an IP from another country, but this is beyond the user's control and does not constitute a violation.

I have already contacted support by email but have not received any professional response or evidence of any irregularity. I am a real person acting in good faith and I demand the release of my funds. It is unacceptable to freeze such a large amount of money from a verified customer.

Very disappointing experience with chat…

Very disappointing experience with chat moderation and customer support.
Today I wrote the following message in chat:
“20$ monthly vs 600$ give Edie, same deposit 🤣🤣🤣”
My message was deleted, and when I asked why, I was told that mentioning other websites is not allowed — even though I did not mention any website at all. After that, I was muted for 3 days.
I contacted support and clearly explained the situation. The response I received was honestly absurd: moderators claimed that the word “Edie” is a synonym for a website. That makes absolutely no sense and feels like a made-up excuse to justify the mute.
Support did nothing to actually resolve the issue, they just repeated the moderators’ explanation without logic or investigation.
Additional issues:
Moderators pin their own battles at the top of the chat.
When I asked for my bonus battle to be pinned, I was completely ignored.
This shows clear inconsistent and selective moderation. Criticism is not tolerated, rules are applied however moderators feel like, and support offers no real help.
Because of this experience, I requested a permanent self-exclusion. Definitely not a platform I would recommend.

I played for a few years on Rollbit and they never made any issues. I managed to withdraw 150.000 usd in ETH today so I had to give them the proper review they deserve. I also got mad a while ago when I was losing, but that’s the deal with games of luck. Thank you Rollbit!

I saw an advertisement for this…

I saw an advertisement for this bookmaker from a well-known team and thought they were reliable, but everything turned out differently, as long as I was losing and constantly making a deposit, I was a good player for them, but as soon as I came out on the plus side, I was assigned verification and as a result they accused me of multiaccounting, even though it was my only account which I've been using for over a month, but the issue only came up after a while. So I don't advise you to even pay attention to these scams.

Restricted withdraw

I had a very negative experience with Rollbit.

My account was restricted without any clear explanation.
I have only ever had one account and I fully cooperated with their support team. I also successfully passed KYC verification.

My current balance on the account is $907, which I cannot access.

Rollbit keeps asking me to list so-called “linked accounts”, but I do not own or control any other accounts and there is no explanation of what they even mean by “linked”.
They do not explain which rule I allegedly violated or what exact issue was found on my account.

After several messages, they completely stopped replying.
In addition, I was blocked on their official accounts on X (Twitter) and other social media, which makes it even harder to contact them or ask for help.

What is especially concerning is that I see many similar reviews here describing the exact same situation — restricted accounts, requests about “linked accounts”, no evidence and no clear answers.

I originally learned about Rollbit through a CS2 tournament connected with their public partnership with FaZe Clan and the game Counter-Strike 2, which made the platform look trustworthy. Unfortunately, my real experience turned out to be the opposite.

I do not consider this treatment transparent or fair and I strongly warn other users to be careful.

I deposited 80 USD

I deposited 80 USD, placed several bets in the bookmaker, wanted to withdraw 100 USD, fulfilled all the conditions, tripled the wager, and went through verification. The transaction is still blocked, for 4 days they told me that they did not know when the transaction would be completed.
Finally, they asked me for a list of my additional accounts.
I do not have any additional accounts, I wrote that I did not have any.
They redirected me to compliance@
and told me to continue communicating by email.
They asked me to fill out a 7-point questionnaire and agree to be connected via video call.
I agreed and filled out this questionnaire, they will contact me in 20 business days.
In short, I have to wait 20 business days for 20 dollars.
I am ready to give up the 20 dollars I won, but I don't have to wait 20 business days. I want my 80 dollars back.
I advise everyone to refrain from depositing money with these speculators.
I read the reviews and the vast majority say that their transactions were stopped and they were blamed for multi-accounting.
It turns out that this is a systematic fraudulent scheme,
Isn't there any regulatory body? Or who gives licenses to such dubious offices?

Withdrawal problems

I have the same problem as many people here. I deposited $20 through Solana. I won $62.70 in bets. I also wanted to withdraw my funds through Solana. I verified my account. The withdrawal is still pending, and I contacted support. Support is no longer responding. They told me to file a complaint via a special email address. They're suggesting I have multiple accounts, when I only have one. Sites like this should be blocked because they scam people and steal their deposits.

You should stay away from this…

You should stay away from this platform. They actively change the odds of winning with moments where for days drain you with zero accountability as they stand behind the fact is a casino and you just can’t expect making any profit. Which obviously is a common sense, however when you make 2000 spins and you notice that is made to drain the account as quick as possible, it’s definitely noticeable, definitely when you have played for years on slot machines. Just use stake or other online platform.

Scamming house.

Scamming house.

I created a account few days ago, started to lose money and try to withdraw some funds and they denied using the message: ''Functionality is temporarily restricted for this account''

It's unbelievable that Faze Clan have some ads with Rollbit.

And more unbelievable it's I created the account less than one week and they say I have more than one account!!!

Crazy. Never seen this before.

Add: My account is verified, my ID and my address.
Add: My account was disabled by this morning. Disgusting, they claim that I have two accounts but I have created ONLY ONE. ONLY ONE WAS ONE WEEK AGO.

Customer Service prolong on large amount withdraw

There are several RED FLAGS !!!
1- No kyc for deposit, KYC to withdrawal

2- CS ask, do you have multiple accounts as an excuse and keep repeating

3- Website chat ask to send email on compliance(at)rollbit.com

4- On email, they ask another third party KYC, getID.com (just to prolong)

5- CS responds on email, it may take 20 days to respond (way to prolong)

6- On telegram, bunch of scammers having rollbit.com logos and asking you to bridge your wallet with scam website

7- All customer support, either on chat website, telegram, email etc, reply with same excuses.

8- Seems they allow withdraw if you have deposited more and won less, but in case if you have won more (then your actual deposit), they wouldn't NEVER let you withdrawal.

Folks, don't waste your money and precious time, its COMPLETE SCAM WEBSITE !!!!
