Lost my deposit

Lost my deposit. Dismissed with an email blaming their own system.and they would update in 24 hours.
No apology no nothing. Just f you it will be sorted when its sorted.
Support are worse than useless.
Loosing customer deposits is probably the worst thing a casino can have a reputation for

They won't let me withdraw my funds saying that I have other accounts which I don't. I've emailed their compliance team but still no reply after 2 days, and their CS is just ignoring my messages.

I keep telling them that I don't have any other account.

Rollbit scammers

Hello, through weekend i have some free time and enjoy playing on rollbit bets. I won on NBA, challeger tennis, ITF tennis, japan basketball all live were won on good luck i can send all screenshots, until i was loosing they payed me around 2.000$, after net loss went up until to 5.000$ and i decide to withdraw my legit funds, they start to complicate about my duplicate accounts in history. I never in my life opened any rollbit account, i also verificate my current account which i use, do selfie, and they still do not want me to withdraw. I was fair and good player never cheat, also as you can see on my playing bets, all legit. They ignore me on all chats and mails, for what? because i played legit bets with my own funds and won? Please help me every comment is useful, i already send proves on their mail.

I made various withdrawals totalling £650.

There are many other legit sites ..give this one a hard passs

SCAMMERS

was accused for multiple accounts, in order to not give me my money. They wanted me to give them a list with accounts linked to me, but I had nothing to confess. So, my money is frozen there, and they are not willing to answer me at all.

Withdrawal Blocked Without Reason – Asking for “Other Accounts” I Don’t Have

My withdrawal on Rollbit has been blocked for days with no real explanation. I completed all the verification steps, submitted every document they requested, and my account is fully KYC-verified.

Now they are claiming that I “need to clarify other accounts,” but I only have ONE account on Rollbit. I have never created or used any other account, and they do not provide any evidence or details about this accusation.

Support simply stopped replying to my emails, and my money is still stuck on the platform. I have used Rollbit before and made several withdrawals without any issues, so this sudden problem makes no sense.

I am requesting that Rollbit release my withdrawal immediately or at least provide a clear and transparent explanation backed by evidence. Blocking a verified user’s withdrawal and then going silent is unacceptable behavior from any gambling platform.

I’m sharing my experience here so other players are aware, and I hope Rollbit resolves this as soon as possible.

House of Rigged Games be careful, this casino is going down quickly, and they are fleecing the few users left. Some serious concerns about fair play at his casino. Take the time to read the reviews, they all seem to share the same consensus, and connect. Do not deposit, or play here. You will lose your money, and not even hair a FAIR chance at any gameplay sadly. A real shame people operate like this, but when they work in shady parts of the World, with no recourse, or official audits this is what you get. One of the worst bonus program structures I have ever seen also.

Win Big = Get Banned. Won’t refund my crypto I deposited but never wagered due to account being restricted - stole thousands for me as a VIP who wagered a substantial amount over many years.

Blocked my withdrawal of own funds after sending Ethereum and withdrawing in Solana after wagering a substantial amount. Considering I had wagered over $1.5m USD over several months and was highly active (clearly lol), this was very disappointing and shameful how a VIP would be treated as such.

Initially was great until I started winning. Was seamless to deposit and withdraw, until I had a substantial win. At that point account was flagged and restricted. Do not play this casino, unless you are willing to risk not being paid out for large wins or want to donate your own cryptocurrency to pay for the owners to put their kids through private school.

No need telling me to write you an email. Your company is a thief - there is no two sides about that. At first my stakes were reduced to $1-$3 and I still managed to complete the stated rollover by betting on the big leagues and when I tried to withdraw, I was told Functionality has been temporarily disabled. I proceeded to the live chat section to tell the about it thinking it was just some payment processing upgrade period. I was told to wait while they relay the complaints to the relevant department and hours later I was unable to login into my account anymore. Thieves, that is what you are!!!

Account Disabled and Unable to Withdraw Funds

I made a deposit of 500 USDC and placed two bets of 150 USDC each. Shortly afterward, my maximum stake size was suddenly limited to 1 USD.

I then attempted to withdraw my remaining balance, but I received an error message stating that my account is restricted. I contacted live support and received a reply about 30 minutes later informing me that my account had been disabled.

I have since asked how I can withdraw my funds, but I have not received any further response, and I am now unable to log in to my account.

I also done the KYC.Stay away from this site, they are SCAMMERS!

The most fraudulent bookmaker I've ever met, I passed all the verifications, but as soon as I started winning, they said that I still have accounts, while they can't give proof of past verifications, knowing my data, anyone can register, it's very cunning on their part to use this argument, as a result, they don't give money, they don't respond to my claims and requests.

Misleading bet descriptions

I placed a bet to hit the post or crossbar at rollbit. The post was clearly hit but then rollbit claimed that the small print says the ball needs to hit the post and come back into play. If that's the bet you're taking then say that in the bet description at the point of sale not in the small print.

Rollbit stole my $420

I made 2 deposits of ~$120 each at the casino and was betting on sports. In total, I wagered $3,600 with a profit of ~$500. Next, I tried to withdraw them out

My withdrawal of $419.47 was frozen with the status "Contact Support". Support requested KYC (which was done). After that, support started responding only identical messages about my accounts "Hey there,
We'll need you to list your other accounts that you've had on Rollbit.". I have not received a response from their compliance, and support ignores me for several days. Noting the advantages of the site they still gave me some of the money - $321

To summarize - rollbit is scam platform. My withdrawal is still pending with the same status

Underage gambling experience on Rollbit — hoping for a fair response

I’m posting this to share my experience and hopefully get some help. I’m 16 years old and have been using Rollbit for about 2–3 years, during which I lost roughly $11,000 USD. I’ve already self-excluded and contacted support to explain that I was underage the entire time, but they refused to refund any deposits.

I understand that gambling as a minor was wrong on my part, but online casinos are supposed to verify age and prevent underage users from accessing the site. Rollbit never verified my identity during those years.

My Rollbit account (KOT777) is fully verified (KYC Levels 1-4 completed, including ID and proof of address screenshots). I have 7 successful withdrawals totaling over $2,000 USDT between Nov 2024 and July 2025 (screenshots show dates, amounts, and TXIDs like $300.55 on Jul 25, $500.05 on Jul 20, etc.).

Since July 2025, withdrawals are blocked with the message "Functionality is temporarily restricted for this account" (screenshot attached in my CasinoGuru complaint). I continue to place and win bets (e.g., $93.5 win on Aug 11, 2025 screenshot). Support repeatedly asks for "other accounts" without evidence – I have only one, accessed from a single laptop and home WiFi IP. No bonuses used.

Escalated to CasinoGuru (#MIR218) – closed as unresolved due to Rollbit ignoring mediation (10+ similar cases). Antillephone license expired Nov 1, 2024; no help. This is a clear delay tactic after my winnings – common in 2025 reviews.
