Great product - great service

No complaints whatsoever. The ramp was precisely what I wanted and was delivered speedily. Very pleased.

My only observation would be to ensure that you chose the correct VAT option on the Ebay page. It wasn't obvious when I made the purchase that I'd (by default?) claimed a VAT exemption.

goods not received

it is my impression that the customer service is extremely poor, and replies to my complaints are delaying tactics and evasive. I am face with no option to pursue the matter through litigation

Reply from Roll-a-Ramp

I am sorry you have not received your ramp. As I already explained to you, we are waiting for our courier to get back to us as their system is showing the item as having been delivered. Since you only brought this matter to our attention on Friday, and it is now Monday, I think litigation is a little premature! As you can see from our other reviews, it is a very rare occurrence for items not to be delivered the next day.
UPDATE 09/12/2014: The courier has now found your ramp and I understand that they have delivered it this afternoon. Apparently the reason for delay was a severe backlog at one particular depot. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
