Darren from Cardiff visited us yesterday all the way in north east Scotland to demonstrate hoists for me. He was friendly and professional and very patient with me and honest about which vehicle would be best for my needs. Absolutely brilliant service provided , I can't wait to receive my new vehicle and hoist next month.
The online product assessor was very helpful and supportive throughout the complete process.
The installation of the Boot hoist and Electric Hatch opener was done to good standards and fully demonstrated on completion at the Peterborough site.
An area to improve would be communication regarding the status of readiness, not just getting a 'ready for completion' call. I rang and left several messages but got not reply (this was important for us as we had to stay in a hotel whilst works were being done, and had checked out based on the understanding completion would be as per the original quoted day. Not having any status update could have left us out on the street and possibly no hotel to book in should there have been any delay)

Picked up my new car yesterday, I already knew A10 had been to fit the adaptations at the dealership before hand.
Fittings in and all working perfectly, the dealerships have used A10 before on my cars, the workmanship always top grade. Have met people from A10 before when I was thinking of having adaptations, plus they are only a 5 - 10 min from me.
I’ve purchased a £6k electric swivel seat to be put into a brand new car for my elderly parents. (Father is a stroke survivor and suffers with Parkinson’s so has limited mobility).
It had been fitted for less than 6 months before the noise from the passenger seat when driving became awful. Makes the car sound like it’s 30 years old with all the rattles and squeaks. An engineer has been out to fix it but the problems still exist.
A new seat has been requested but refused because the electric movement is still operational. Sounds and looks like a 2nd hand seat has been fitted.
I wish I’d spent £6k on purchasing a van that my Fathers wheelchair could just be pushed onto. (Rather than a brand new car sounding like an old battered van when driven)

I phoned this Company regarding fitting a hoist in my mini as I had bought a scooter and it was definitely too heavy for myself or friends to lift into the boot.
After speaking with Alison for five minutes I knew I had chosen the correct Company for the job.
This lady is very friendly, helpful but most of all so knowledgeable in what she does and what an asset for the Company.
Alison then had David phone me to explain from start to finish what would happen fitting the hoist.
It happens that my mini could have the hoist fitted but my scooter was not compatible. I have ordered a new car and am so looking forward to
the freedom this will give me.
I can honestly say I have never had customer service like this for years.
Again it is years since I've recommended a Company but they are honestly a one off between Alison and David you are in the best hands.

David Craig was so helpful, answering questions honestly and guiding us as to suitable adaptions to suit needs. David also kept in touch by e’mail with brochures and photos … excellent service and a first class man to deal with.

The fitter showed up exactly when promised, impressively punctual! He efficiently completed the job in two and a half hours without needing any refreshments. I requested a change to the hoist so my wheelchair could go in sideways, and he succeeded, which was fantastic for my needs. The company and the fitter both provided excellent service. A big thank you to everyone involved!

I’ve used Mobility in Motion to put a couple of automatically extending steps to the sides of my WAV and a set duplicate controls on its steering wheel. Each adaptation had made driving and riding in the vehicle more convenient for me.
The products used have been first rate and the service excellent. The steps were fitted in their workshop and the controls fitted on my drive.
The Company were straightforward to deal with and the prices reasonable.
Overall, I’m delighted with products and services I’ve had from Mobility in Motion.

I booked an appointment and they were ready when I arrived, knew why I was there and came right out and diagnosed the issue, put in the needed part and I was on my way in about an hour. I had gone to a place in Toronto previously and they charged me $1,500 and virtually did nothing. I would recommend this company to anybody who asks. I have a bruno vehicle lift which is critically important and they totally know what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone with mobility issues.

I was given a date and time for when the fitter would arrive --- and believe or not ---it was spot on time as well, the fitter worked well and declined tea or coffee and within two and a half hours he was finished great work i did ask if he could make the hoist work so my wheelchair could go in sideways instead of longways, AND YES HE MANAGED IT --which was great for me company was great as the fitter was and i must saY THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH

The original appointment for fitting was delayed due to supplier problems however they did eventually come on the date promised. The fitter was friendly and informative. Before he started work he explained what he was going to do and how the car was to be modified, in my case a small hole in the steering column bottom plastic trim. When the work was completed he talked me through how the adaption worked.
After some practice sessions on quiet roads I soon adapted to using my hand instead of my foot. The adaption works well. If I had a criticism it is about the price. If you are fortunate to be on motability the cost is low but doing it privately is quite high. It would have been 20% worse if VAT had been applied. Despite the cost the adaption has given me back my ability to drive, THANK YOU.

I cannot praise this company enough. They went out of their way to ensure they could fit a hoist in the car for my scooter. All the time it was touch and go because of the size of the scooter and my car, but they did it. This has given me such freedom it is unreal. I have had the scooter a few years but it became too heavy for us to lift into the car. Having this hoist fitted has changed my life again. Thank you so much Mobility in Motion. If your problem is the same don't hesitate to contact Mobility in Motion. If it can be done they will do it.

I met with two people - one from the sales, the other an engineer who fitted the hoist. Both were extremely knowledgeable, but neither, especially the former, were at all pushy in trying to persuade me to purchase the company's product.

The demonstration was excellent and the lifting unit fits our scooter neatly into our LR Evoque. The fitting was delayed by holidays, which didn't help the communications with the sales staff, but the process, which took 4-5 hours, was well done and the unit works very well, although slower than loading by hand. I have recommended the lifter to several onlookers. The investment has given my wife a new lease of life, which we both enjoy.
