Excellent customer service
Very proactive company making contact to ensure I got the ramp in time for Christmas even waiving delivery and collection charge when they thought they'd be unable to fulfill my original order due to other customers not returning the size ramp I needed. In the end the right ramp was available at the last minute but they still didn't charge for delivery and collection. A very thoughtful gesture which was much appreciated and not prompted by me.
