Rock Machinery Reviews 

Took delivery 8/7/26. Build quality is OK. Had to adjust some cables. Had to reroute some cables, to stop them catching on anything. Mower deals with large nettles OK, but will not deal with long grass, it just gets pulled in and wound around the rotor. Emailed Rock with a few queries and got no reply. Not a very good experience.

I originally ordered the wrong spec splitter online but resolved by the company quickly and without issue. Great communication through the delivery process. Splitter delivered, ready to work. Really impressed with the company, product and the courier. Would strongly recommend.

Communication and prompt sales service are excellent with Rock machinery, however I feel that I was slightly mislead over their video demonstration techniques, the chipper is a well built good quality machine, but doesn't fully fill my requirements

Having borrowed a Rock machinery log splitter and being extremely impressed with it and having used it for a considerable time I purchased my own.
Great machines and a very pleasant, helpful and
efficient service is provided by them.
I think they are good value and well built.

Very prompt with info, and a very easy to use web site,which offered a free item valued at £180 for the amount I spent. Log splitter is spot on and does exactly what the company says on web site. Very pleased and after showing a friend of mine it working, he is going to buy the same model, 22t towable log splitter excellent.

From my very first phone call to my last email, everyone at Rock Machinery are all very helpful and knowledgeable, they know what they are selling and know all about there product.
I wanted to know about a 12 ton log splitter no matter how many times I emailed them Cara always replied, she must have the patients of a saint after the amount of info she willingly gave me.
I placed my order and from ordering the task begins to build your log splitter, then once it's built it gets filled with oil and then gets put through it's paces, and when that is completed they carefully place it onto a heavy duty pallets and put chocks front and back of the wheels so it doesn't move around while on the pallet, its all wrapped in clingfilm for protection and then gets a nylon strap over it to secure it to the pallet.
There delivery is 24 hrs and from ordering to delivery was 6 days, there wasn't a single mark on it, and the beauti is, its fully built and ready to go, I got a 12 ton because that was all I could afford but I am amazed at the power of the electric eco 12 ton log splitter, it has powered its way through everything I have given it to split, its not yet failed to split any of my wood which has been well seasoned the electric motor makes a bit of noise but nothing like what a petrol powered log splitter would make.
A fantastic piece of kit, I just love it and using it, I can't wait to get my left load of logs for it to split, and its pretty quick when it comes to log splitting and you can do a whole load in a very short time,
I would definitely buy another 12 ton log splitter from them, they design them build them and everything on it is replaceable from any good hydrolic stockist if you ever have problems further down the road, I am glad I brought this model rather than a bigger higher tonnage splitter, that would be waisted if your someone who is doing enough for our own personal use,

The delivery service was brilliant and the driver was really helpful with our delivery, I was going to take the fence down to get it into the garden because its about 1.5of an inch wider than a 3ft standard gate, well done to the driver all well, top marks

The log splitter was as good as I hoped works well

Log splitter arrived on time, performed well out the box with no issues. Customer support took seconds to answer the phone and no queues. Splitter performs as expected!

Product was as described we’ll made and well packed arrived on the given date would have no issues in recommending to friends and relatives.

I found Rock Machinery staff very helpful, where nothing is to much bother for them, before I ordered I had many questions and Cara answered them all for me, and when I placed my order I forgot to order a cover for my new log splitter machine, Cara sorted everything out for me. The Staff go above and beyond to help there customers.

From the start the team were helpful when I was asking questions. Ordering was trouble free and they exceeded my expectations on delivery.
The machine itself, the 22T Venom log splitter is fantastic. The log splitter is easy to manoeuvre, simple to operate and outstanding at splitting logs. I have split, oak, ash, cherry and elm all without any problems.
I would highly recomend both Rock Machinery and the product its self.

Swift deliver of our seed spreader. But it was a sod to assemble, not accurately machined, and so we had to go to B&Q to get some longer screws. Instructions poor. And for over £200 we really would expect to have a cigarette lighter socket adapter included. Works adequately.

Easy to place the order and the delivery was excellent.
Just the right size log splitter to do the job and easy to store without taking up to much room.
Excellent service, if you have a problem with the splitter, let them know.
