Louise was very helpful and easy to deal with from our first email communication through to meeting her in the showroom to place our order. The boys who delivered were also very helpful and the island looks amazing in the white quartz. We didn't plan to change the worktops but the island looks so good I think you can expect us back!

Louise in the showroom was so helpful and knowledgeable, she went above and beyond her duty to help us decide the worktop and the boys did an amazing job in installing it. I have worked with several stone companies over the years, and Rocca is by far the very best one. Their workmanship is top notch, but what really sets them apart is their excellent customer service and conscientious installers. We had a challenging project, with lots of potential pitfalls and a difficult schedule. Rocca helped us to find solutions and avoid issues, and they were amazingly helpful in meeting a very tight deadline. What would have been impossible for a lot of companies was accomplished with grace and skill by Rocca. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Most impressed with professionalism of Rocca throughout. Within 20 minutes of arriving in the showroom, choosing a worktop material and providing provisional measurements, we were provided with a costed plan to meet our requirements. Removal of our existing, kitchen worktops, sink and hob and replacement with new granite worktops, sink and hob.
One week later, accurate measurements were taken using the latest laser equipment and the following week, a co-ordinated operation involving plumber/gas fitter and workmen completed the job.
The entire operation was carried out on time and to the highest standard.
All of the Rocca staff involved were pleasant and efficient and we are delighted with the final result.

We were back and forward to the showroom quite a few times to pick our new worktops. Each time we were there the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Measuring and fitting were carried out on the set days, arriving on time specified and work completed without any problems.

This is the third time we've had worktops fitted by Rocca. Wouldn't go anywhere else as the service is first class . The customer service from the girls in the showroom to the team undertaking the measuring and installation has been seamless. All interactions have been very professional, efficient and friendly. Rocca pulled out all stops to get an installation completed for Christmas at short notice. After care is fabulous too. Would highly recommend them.

The staff at Rocca are both helpful and friendly. I walked in off the street and they made time for me, answering all of my questions and taking me through there manufacturing plant to see the raw stock. It was near Christmas and they moved heaven and earth to have the chosen worktops cut and installed to have them in before the big day. The quality is fantastic and the finish superb. Thank you everyone involved.

Rocca could not have been more helpful from the day we selected our tiles and worktops until installation. We had setbacks with our build due to other trades and they were always more than happy to alter plans or dates. The finish after their installations is immaculate as was their timekeeping and service. Nothing was too much for the guys on site or back at the factory and we have already recommended them to friends. We will be back to use their services for future projects.

The fitters arrived promptly and explained what they were doing and approximately how long it would take. They told me any issues and how they resolved it. The staff in the showroom (Louise) listened to what we wanted
