Just been to llandudno to the tyndale as always brilliant Robert's really look after there customers great driver checked all was ok with us trips out were well planned great hotel and weather have more booked for the year and next year also its nice to pop in and find out about the holiday great staff friendly and helpful off again soon looking forward to it

Excellent trip yesterday to The Great Yorkshire Show. From the welcome we received when arriving at Hugglescote to Andrew the driver was a good experience. The coach was comfortable and despite the heat was pleasantly cool. Andrews driving was very good and this came from my husband who is a retired driving instructor!!! Will certainly choose Robert’s
S Coaches for any future trips.

Day trip to Sheringham 21st June. Irving is one magical amazing driver, his skills are awesome. However, his social skills were sadly lacking. He obviously didn't want to engage in chats of any kind and I got the distinct feeling he'd rather be elsewhere. Maybe he is shy or just hates day trip work. I sat in seat 1a and although Im an experienced driver myself I was in awe of his skill. The 1926 coach is bliss on wheels. Thankyou Roberts. See you again in 3 weeks.

Me and my daughter had a fantastic day at ladies day at Royal Ascot, she has a busy few months ahead of her as she is getting married, moving house and expecting her first child later this year. I booked this trip to have a mother/daughter day out before she flies out to Cyprus and it didn't disappoint. We had a wonderful welcome with prosecco and pastries, great send off from the staff, followed by a lovely sunny day at the races with everyone looking beautiful. Great day out, thank you to all the staff at Roberts coaches.

My husband and I have just got back from a trip with Roberts . It was Historic Kent, we had a wonderful time weather beautiful but what made the holiday brilliant was our driver Irving . He looked after us from beginning when we started our journey right to the final day . He was always smiling and nothing was to much trouble and he made us all laugh. We have been on lots of trips with you and everyone is helpful and welcoming Amazing company we would definitely recommend you .

Perfect trip yesterday to Stratford. Ian is so warm and a very funny commentater of all things. Should be a tour guide for everything. Hes so fun!

We travelled to Cheltenham races with Robert’s Travel and honestly could not have had a better service! Ryan was our driver and he was amazing, he arrived early and took us on a route with less traffic, was really friendly and had no issue stopping off on the way there and back. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again, the booking process is also simple, and priced really fair!

On November 26th 2025 we had a day trip to see a xmas show Viva Blackpool . I thoroughly recommend this trip hopefully Roberts will do it again in 2026 . The show was brilliant all very professional. On arrival we had complimentary game of bingo , then 1 hr of the show followed by a lovely festive lunch ( all served nice and hot ) then followed by another hours entertainment of the show . It was excellent value for money and look forward hopefully a repeat next year . Our driver Liam was his usual professional self ( nothing too much trouble ) but we felt sorry for him driving back as he had so many hold ups unfortunately through volume of traffic and accidents, but bless him he plowed on .Thank you Roberts for yet another lovely time . Very Friendly Driver Ivor, He gave great detail and History regarding West and South Yorkshire, Lovely Hotel and staff, Nice trips out, The weather was kind to us? Going to Torquay in Devon in November for a week's holiday? Recommended to Everyone? From Michael and Christine.

The whole tour was well organised and everything went smoothly. There was several incidents beyond the control of Roberts, but these were dealt with very professionally by our driver Liam.
This was our 3rd Roberts holiday and on all occasions
we couldn't really find fault in anything.
Well done to all concerned.

If there is any rating less than zero, thats them. Awful and rubbish service. Late, very rude staff. Never and ever again.

Great value.
Well organised, friendly staff at the depo, Mick the driver was awesome and made new friends too.
Whitby was a beautiful place and a full on days exploring.
Deffo recommend.

What is wrong with your drivers?? He just blocked entire station street by parking in the middle of the road. I’ve been sat here for 20 minutes while people are getting on the bus. The parking bays are empty. Absolutely selfish thoughtless behaviour.

Just been to Belfast for 5 days ,our driver Paul and ,Julie our tour manager we're both fantastic, Julie was excellent keeping us all informed about different things and places we passed on route ...
Paul was a credit to Roberts he is a excellent driver and kept us entertained with his comedy and quips with Julie....
Looking forward to our next holiday to Yorkshire in 3 weeks ,,Well done yet again Roberts

We feel we do need to let you know about our 4 night stay at the Landmark Hotel in Scotland.
Our rooms were clean but the main problem was there was no room to hang our clothes and they had to be left in our cases. Also, the bathroom had no shelves so we had no where to put toiletries etc.
Our meal on Thursday evening was awful and the staff were not able to keep up with food such as bread rolls for the soup and therefore everything was almost cold. The plates were not hot to start with either. The breakfasts were no better and no one was happy!
Friday was no better and I personally complained to the evening catering manager who apologised.
Saturday was Burns Night. We have to say at this juncture that our coach driver Mick and tour manager Claire were brilliant from the start of our journey to the
end. We are sure they did there very best to sort things out and with their help Burns Night was a success. The food and presentation was so different and we felt that the standard was upgraded to what it should have been right from the start.
As this holiday/hotel was listed as Gold standard and 4*
we were expecting a higher standard than we received.
We do feel we were let down,especially for the first two days.
This was our first trip with Roberts and we had heard good reports from friends who have been with you in the past. We do hope this experience will not put us off going with you again.

We were going to Chester for the day cannot fault a single thing from starting with a lovely cup of coffee and a very warm welcome to a perfect day with a very informative and lovely driver who's name was phil as mary Poppins would have said simply perfect in every way! Thankyou looking.forward to next year's event .

We had a fabulous day trip to Gloucester today. The coach was on time and the driver was welcoming and extremely professional.

The driver was really lovely, but the whole trip was extremly disappointing and a waste of money for a birthday treat for my mother.

For two hours we didn't go far on the canal and the view was old canal boats with a few trees and ducks. The food was not great, though the mince pies was a treat.

We had a trip into Buxton, but there was nothing to do as all the shops where closed other than supermarkets and pubs. So walked around aimlessly waiting for the time to pass as we both just wanted to go home.

£65.00 per person for this trip was ridiculously amount of money and was not the greatest birthday present for my mother.

After a wonderful 5-day break in Bournemouth and the privilege of a knowledgeable driver(Mike), I found that the only downside was the fellow passengers who obviously could never be satisfied the main grouse being FREE days and we only had one, so I tried to explain that the days out were not mandatory but didn't seem to get through, anyway maybe in future catalogues you could emphasize this point, just a suggestion.
