I am absolutely disgusted with this company in order to get to my house. I have to drive through the back of some shops where I now know that parking enforcement takes place. I have a problem with my key fob so sometime the gate does not open so I left my car and went to my house, twice, only for a couple of weeks later to get two tickets okay? No problem. I decided to pay for the tickets went on The site try to pay the ticket With three different cards all declined phoned them explained this to them. I was told I’ve sent it via check or post order. I do not have a check book So I thought I would send it by postal order only to find out that it will cost me £27. 3days later I found out that the call I made to this Company cost me £9 I decided to go to the headquarters only to find out it’s a PO Box absolutely disgusted the way you treat normal people and disabled people is despicable.
Contacted Euro Parking today on live chat, found the whole experience very disappointing! Wanting to genuinely discuss a ticket I had been given, was advised to dispute and given the appropriate address, (which was the only helpful part of the chat). When trying to explain the letter received - was my first, having received no other correspondence up until the letter I was disputing today, was basically TOLD, I HAD received another letter, when I categorically hadn’t, the support handler then began a back & forth conversation implying I was lying! If this was the case I would have just paid the fine, to top it off, they’re stating I was parked somewhere I wasn’t! I’m not implying a first letter hadn’t been sent, it may very well have been, only I never received it! These services lack people care & empathy!

I have been trying to contact you since Friday and again today (Monday), from 9am to 12pm, but your phone line is not working and your live chat does not send messages. I have screenshots as proof.
You asked me to send my PCN details and documents. I have tried to send everything, but nothing goes through and there is no way to reach you.
It is unacceptable that you do not provide a working email address and the only option seems to be sending a letter by post.
I am not feeling well and I cannot keep spending hours trying to contact you without any response.

Due to the lack of any working contact method, I will now be escalating this matter and submitting a formal complaint to the British Parking Association.

Received a £100 parking charge from Euro Parking Services Ltd for an alleged “stay” of just 40 seconds.
Their own ANPR timestamps show entry at 19:38:36 and exit at 19:39:16. That is not parking. It is barely enough time to enter a site, assess the situation, and leave safely.
No reasonable driver could read, understand, and agree to any contractual terms in that timeframe. Despite this, the appeal was rejected with what appears to be a generic response that failed to address the actual facts.
This raises serious concerns about how charges are being issued and whether basic standards around consideration/grace periods are being followed at all.
The process feels automated, inflexible, and entirely disconnected from common sense. Based on this experience, I would strongly question the fairness and proportionality of this operator’s practices. When I tried to complain I kept getting a stock copy and paste reply saying go to IAS but if you appeal you will lose the discounted rate of £60.
This experience does not reflect fair or proportionate enforcement. I will be challenging this charge and would strongly encourage others to scrutinise any similar notices very carefully as they will break standard rules and their own so called policies and procedures to enforce payment. Additionally the letter was very late as well almost 10 days from the date on the letter.

Slow delivery meaning the deadline for £60 had passed 5days before I received it. Only £100 active then
3rd part A reminder sent out after £100 paid,again Royal Mails slowest delivery. They deem you will receive the letter 2 days after dispatch although C9 100002 service wouldn't achieve this delivery time.
4th part None of the correspondence is dated, neither is the envelope franked with a date. Only date mentioned is the date of the contravention.

This company is disgusting. Their online appeal process is not suitable or provides a reference number, facility to attach the receipt as requested. There is no acknowledgement email received. I have submitted an additional appeal in writing via recorded delivery. Still waiting a response and unable to speak with a person from the company.

My friend and I went for a meal a at bear & staff pub gateacre and the waiter who looked after us didn't even asked for the registration of the my friends car even though I had it to hand im disgusted to see my friend has received at fine even though we were eating at this place food was over priced meat was like leather and will not be visiting again to be conned

This case started in 2023 over a vehicle parked for just 2 minutes 28 seconds while attending a pre-booked veterinary appointment. The driver , a vulnerable individual with serious health issues, had his Blue Badge displayed.
Despite providing proof of the appointment and health circumstances, the charge was pursued all the way to a court hearing which had been postponed possibly for far more serious matter.
This unnecessary trip resulted in the driver ultimately requiring hospital attention as court clerk had to call an ambulance.
Ordinary people can experience extreme stress dealing with their enforcement practices.
The company’s approach felt rigid, ruthless, and lacking empathy, showing no discretion for vulnerable individuals or short, unavoidable stops.
The 1* rating (all 181) speaks volumes about the integrity of this company. 2mins 28 seconds - £60 fine! Hope they can sleep at night !
Update :- please don’t bother to reply with your same pathetic response to all the reviews here “If you believe there has been an error send us reply in the post blaa Blaa “ ! P Must be a robotic tool response as I guess it makes your stats look good - 98% response doesn’t mean it resulted in any action .

How am I expected to pay at a kiosk when the store the kiosk is in is SHUT?!
Has this company completely lost the plot? ~Their generic responses to appeals, the stupid chat box that kicks you out and their premium number? They are quick to talk on LinkedIn about an amazing year they've had - stealing from us! How am i supposed to pay for parking when the shop is shut? Break in and break the law? Your own T&C's make no sense but you believe you are right and every response here is a generic send us the evidence - well I did WHEN I APPEALED! IF A HUMAN HAD READ IT YOU WOULD KNOW THAT!
As of this point any Car park that has Euro Parking Services I will not be parking in or using - I would rather walk the 20mins to get to where I need to then give you any money!!!!

I would give zero if I could. Recieved a fine yesterday 7th Feb for a parking 31/12/25. No letter was recieved before however it states that I can't appeal it and had gone from £70 to £100 again without a previous letter I wasn't aware or I would have appealed this. Now this fine was for parking in a disabled bay with my severely disabled son. The badge was displayed on the passenger side as it always is. They have used photos of the back of the car and drivers window to state no blue badge was used however I park regularly in bays for disabled parking and know that it must be displayed. It's absolutely disgusting that they can do this and so many things wrong with this whole process. You can't get through to anyone online or calls, no email address to complain it's impossible. I will always avoid this particular McDonald's we visited because of this reason and any car parks owned by them in the future I have now taking this to watchdog

this company are a disgrace,they have no morals,i had a genuine reason to why I got back to my vehicle slightly over the time,had my 83 disabled mum with me whos in a wheelchair,we needed to try and find a disabled toilet which made me go over the time,I had done the right thing and displayed our disabled badges clearly,I even bought a parking ticket for a hour stay,I ended up getting a pcn ticket which got denied twice,I explained to this company that we had lost 3 members of our family in a month,they weren't even interested in listening to our concerns or showed any remorse,we have now lost our dad on the 28th december that's 4 members of our family gone in a few weeks,my mum is also in hospital poorly,now I get a final demand notice letter before court action,myself and family have been through hell,and have these leeches at euro parking services constantly harassing us,they never listen or willing to help folk,the way they treat disabled people is a disgrace,also they need to make the lettering and description bigger about disabled parking,not in small paragraph where it can go unoticed

I had to halt for 1 Minuit and 57 seconds for crossing pedestrians and an oncoming bus. This has landed me with a parking charge and a refused appeal despite the legal definition of parking being over 3 minuets as well as any other action other than halting being running someone over or causing a collision, they have then told me that I cannot appeal again despite being able to appeal to the IAS. I will be reporting them further

I wouldn’t even give this company one star … disgusting … my father is frail it was icy and I don’t live in the area my father has since passed away and they stated the charge is to ensure the car park is available for its customers which I was actually going to use but my father needed to get home he was admitted to hospital not long after this which was also his birthday. Also the car park was totally free no other spaces where used in the time frame .. a lack of empathy to his situation and all about lining there own pockets … horrendous ..
