Shambolic

Shambolic. Took five days to reply to an email and won’t pick up the phone. Product arrived broken and I’m needing a return slip. Rude and caught in their reply and have had nothing since. They won’t even pick up the phone. Avoid these cowboys

I can see we have had correspondence with You before, I can also see we have in our first return mail to You (20.01.22) asked You to provide Photo material
On what seems to be the problem.. So far this photos has not arrived… It is our right to ask for such material which in claim cases has to be provide immediately
Upon arrival of the goods. Even after we requested the pictures You just send us an e-mail asking for a return label since U had already packed the goods – but no pictures.
Pls note that it is not Your, But our Decision to decide if a claim is correct after receiving the requested pictures, which U have failed to send. The decision would probably
With arrival of the requested pictures at that time have been to send U a new lid since it’s the lid and not the casserole that has damaged. But since have still have not wished
to send us the Pictures we must reject complaint You complaint.
