Damaged item, poor quality, and extremely bad customer service

I received an item that arrived in poor condition — scratched, chipped, with damaged wheels and loose parts. The packaging itself was also damaged, making it clear the product was not fit for sale, let alone suitable as a gift.

What followed was an extremely frustrating experience with customer service. Although the company arranged the return, the collection process dragged on for weeks, communication was slow and inconsistent, and responsibility was repeatedly pushed onto the courier. Emails went unanswered, and clear deadlines were ignored.

Even after the item was finally returned, the refund was only processed after persistent chasing and escalation. This should not be necessary when a product arrives damaged.

Overall, this experience reflects poor quality control and very poor customer service. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering, as resolving problems appears unnecessarily difficult.

Disgusting service

Disgusting service, no refund for the defected product. Very very disappointed, my baby cries that his rocking horse came broken and I can’t explain why he can’t have another, that the roba does not return money to buy something else. Robber
