Fresh organic produce, great delivery service, friendly and informative drivers. Company driven not by profit but by aspirations and values, and staff seem well looked after. Good recipe books - our meals have had a turn for the better over last three months. In an ideal world this would all be supplied in local shops we could walk to, with local farms operating on similar models. But in the world we're in - Riverford are just fab!

Easy and convenient management with their app, reminders ahead of delivery to enable postponement or cancellation of your next delivery. The produce isn't cheap so we do not indulge every week, but it is good quality so we do keep going back for more.

It was my son who put me in contact with this amazing company. I needed quality fresh organic fruit and veg and that’s exactly what I’ve been getting. It’s so strange but when you eat quality foods you feel so much healthier. The delivery is always on time the only thing for me is I have to be in as I’ve nowhere for my box to be left which is not a problem really but if I’m working then it’s hard for me to get my delivery regularly. Looking forward to this weeks delivery as not had one for a while. Again Thankyou for a perfect service and perfect products ♥️

Delivery process great, love the natural wool packaging around ice bags for the frozen items. Food is lovely. Website very easy to navigate. Customer service communication is excellent.

Have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. The veg box quality has gone down significantly. I am a farmers daughter- there is no way that premium prices should deliver such quality. Having to complain so often now about mouldy vegetables and items weighing half the price stated that I’m no longer supporting this. Also the way that the news blurb scoffs at small struggling farmers as Riverford cashes in and gets rich leaves an uneasy taste. Ecological awareness without class consciousness is just gardening. Dig into your pockets of you don’t mind wasting money. I’ve had enough.

Great produce, excellent, professional and friendly service. We are loving the sausages, fruit, veg, and eggs. Although I would love to get more meat, it’s not quite affordable for me, but I will keep looking out for offers.

It’s great to have fresh vegetables all without chemicals or other nasties. Excellent variety and superb taste, all gracing your table and the ability to feed the family healthy.
Delivery is within a timeframe by friendly delivery drivers.
Also love their recycling of box and wrappings.

Fruit and veg are always nicely packed and fresh. They arrive chilled on my doorstep. Spinach, carrots, berries, potatoes are good tasting. I’m enjoying the variety in every box.
