Staff were very helpful, patient and listened to what was important to me in choosing a TV. Three visits and discussions.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed to discuss my purchase which I could not do if I bought online. It is much better to talk to someone when buying something technical. This is lost with online shopping. Also, the price was no more than buying online.

Your colleague explained the options and relative benefits before I purchased a speaker. The only problem is that I’m 79 yrs and struggle with technology. It would have been very helpful to have a demonstration of setup. It’s taken me several days to get it working and I’m still learning. I did ring in a day or so after purchase and the young man was very helpful to get me started.

Great service from Stockport. Ordered TV over the phone and was given a VIP discount and offered free next day delivery and 6 year guarantee. I recently purchased an AVR from the same branch and received great advice and service from the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Just a pity that their courier of choice does not have the same level of service or professionalism.

We purchased a Samsung Oled TV. Matt looked after us during the process and was very helpful and informative. I have also spoken post sales to Nate regarding Samsung redemption offer and warranty and he was also showed the same level of customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I bought a new cartridge for my turntable but wasn't sure if my choice was a comparable one. The staff were very helpful and l ordered the cartridge which turned up quickly. For peace of mind I was offered a replacement if the part didn't work. It did and I'm very happy with it. Competitive price too!

Helpful in explaining technology

The whole experience in the shop and the after sales help with the delivery by the shop were 5 star. Nat and Tom in particular were very knowledgeable and took the time to help explain.
The delivery company get zero stars.
I missed the call to arrange delivery and when ringing back was 52nd in the queue and waited over an hour. Delivery failed as product not loaded on the van. Ringing to rearrange delivery I was 20th, 35th and 42nd in the queue despite ringing within 1 minute of the lines opening when I was 20th. . On two occasions after hanging on, the line went dead. Then I rang the store and they were great at organising the rescheduled delivery.

Simple and straightforward pick up of TV and sound bar. Staff helped load into car and were helpful and polite.

Always happy with the service and warranty provided by Richer Sounds so it was an obvious choice when purchasing the Ruark R1S. Collect from store was easy and convenient. As a replacement for a Bose Wave this little powerhouse is amazing. Great sound, intuitive and looks good too. Really wanted to still have a radio with presets but the ability to stream as well. Highly recommend.

Spoke with Tom in the Stockport shop about the Sennheiser IE900 earphones. He was very helpful & answered all of my questions. I subsequently purchased this item which arrived the following morning. Excellent service as always & cannot be faulted. It took a while to sort out which earbuds provided the best sound & I think I am now there. I had concerns about the comfort of in-ear plugs & these do still remain although hopefully this will disappear with time. Hence 4 stars for the product.

I always shop with richer sounds , I prefer the personal customer service and they taylor that to you and your needs which other larger stores aren't able to. The guys there are always friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.

Turned my lounge into a TV operating theatre, excellent to observe and appreciate. Screen replacement completed by mountain doors, (sorry AI interpretation it was actually Martin Dawes) The lads did a great job for Richer Sounds under warranty, no issues great result the whole process was brilliant.

Product absolutely fine but DPD very poor. There was someone waiting for the delivery at specified time- Farhad the driver made no effort to press the gate button to notify the delivery and deposited it at a local post office on a bank holiday weekend so several days elapsed before it could be picked up conveniently rather than next day

When I phoned the Stockport branch to check on availability of the item I was interested in purchasing, the phone was answered QUICKLY AND POLITELY, the sales assistant was very helpful and reserved the item for me to collect later that morning.
And that ladies and Gents, is as it SHOULD BE.
No hassle, no fuss, no BS. Just great old fashioned customer service, anyone remember that?.......
