Genuinely one of the best shop experiences I’ve ever had. Both Shiv and Ryan went above and beyond to help me with my query and just were so helpful and kind! I think Richer Sounds may save the high street with this level of customer service! Would give more stars if possible

Excellent customer service by the Team at Deansgate, in particular by Sam, explained the spec of the soundbar in thorough detail and provided me with a cost effective solution as well. Over and above service by Sam, Will always look to purchase with RS for any entertainment tech.

Getting back into using old records
I went in 3 weeks ago enquiring about a turntable and speakers and spoke to Ryan who was so helpful he gave me a quote I went back in today but needed something a bit cheaper and he sorted it out for me top guy definitely when I come to upgrade I’ll be using richer sounds

Really helpful advice and service
Really helpful advice and service. I was only after new cables for speakers, but felt like I was valued by the team. Decent cables plus banana grips cut and fitted to my need, there and then.
