I am a VIP member. I ordered online but, klutz that I am, didn't apply the promo code. Retrospectively applying it online via their helpline was so easy. Full marks to the online staff.
One of the items, I collected from the Cardiff store and the staff there could not have been more helpful and friendly.
As always, my purchases from RS were great value for money and the choices extensive.

Got through to Cardiff branch when I rang to place an order. Andie was ultra helpful, ringing me back when we got cut off and remaining affable when the first order failed because of problems with my card input. He even worked out what the cause was with that which will assist me in the future. He is a credit to the organisation. Oh and I’m delighted with the cassette player and the speed with which it was delivered!

The staff were friendly and helpful, they were also able to offer advice and suggestions for our purchase. While they did offer a model that was more expensive than we initially wanted, the reasoning was sound. They also didn't try to sell us the most expensive model, which is always a red flag I look out for.

They even locked up to help us get the TV to the car.

The advice is first class and service matches....product was delivered as promised!

After AI recommended Richer Sounds for the specific TV I was looking for, I decided to give them a try.

I initially started my order online and had products in my basket for a few days while I looked at owner reviews etc before finalising. I had a few questions I wanted answered before committing. John from the Telesales team came to the rescue. He was right by my side throughout the process, answering every single question diligently. Thanks to his incredible product knowledge and genuine reassurance, I made the purchase without a second thought.

The service didn't stop there. The delivery company they appointed, BJS Home Delivery, was equally professional—handling and delivering my heavy order with total care.

From the moment I walked in the shop, the manager and his co worker immediately offered assistance. Great knowledge from the workers on the stock; from the connectivity of speakers and turntables, to the best value for my money. They were very very helpful in helping me make a decision with the hi fi system I wanted to take home. They also helped with stock and offered to import stock from the warehouse which was generous and added to the policy of no pressure for the customers. I was able to use the dedicated room for trying out the equipment and was offered plenty of times for tea and coffee which was very welcoming. The manager even got me an unopened vinyl of my choice to play and test it out 🤯. After making a big decision with the stereo system, the manager made sure that I used all my VIP exclusive offers and got me the best price that they could give. Afterwards, he even helped bring the equipment back to my car and load it up, which was very kind of him. His expertise of nearly a decade of management clearly shows and made me feel at ease. As per the title

I was very happy with the service I received . I was happy with the price and they delivered even faster than they promised . Would have been faster still if DPD had followed instructions . And it was nice to get a real acknowledgement of my order from the sales manager.

Needed a new TV as my old one stopped working. Did some research to find the right model for me and it was £100 cheaper at Richer Sounds than Curry's and John Lewis. Ordered it at 5.15pm. Picked it up at 11.30am next day. Nice man carried it to my car for me. Can't think how you can improve on that.

When we visited the Cardiff store, Dan was extremely helpful and advised us on which Hi-Fi items would suit our needs. Once the goods had arrived we realised that we needed a larger stand for them, again Dan was most helpful in sorting this for us. Excellent knowledge and service, will certainly use again.

The product i bought was faulty, but when i returned it the senior sales advisor was so helpful, i ended up spending more money to take something else rather than ask for a refund.
Also, when i told him i waa autistic and struggling with the noise in the shop, he was very understanding and made accomodations.
