Richer Sounds - Cardiff Reviews 

We needed a new 24" tv for our caravan. After reading reviews we chose an IG model but the model number was very close to a similar one, so we rang Richer Sounds Cardiff to ask what the difference was, they advised us that the higher number was an updated version. So we compared prices, two well known "specialist" shops were selling the older version at the same price as a "one shop fits all" shop and Richer Sounds. So we rang them again and they said they could order one in and if we didn't like that one there would be no pressure to buy it. So we went to the store and were greeted by two really nice gentlemen staff, very knowledgeable and they took it out of the box, set it up and let us listen to the sound and see how it worked. We were impressed so decided to buy it from them. I was encouraged to join their VIP club which gave me £10 off the price straight away and they even paid for the council car park behind their shop. Fantastic, proper knowledge and customer service - Thank you guys

The guys at Rich sounds in Canton are really professional enthusiast who are knowledgeable and realistic about cutting throught to what you really need there is zero hard sell in fact the complete polar opposite opposite they could not do enough to make sure they were supporting me making the right decision
