Trying to find the right TV for your needs can be tricky and after testing a couple we found precisely what we needed.

Customer service is excellent. My elderly mum is severely deaf and he immediately turned and spoke to her face so she could read his lips. Extremely knowledgeable about the products and his advice was spot on

I initially spoke with staff at the Cardiff store who offered great advice on what TV would best match my needs.
I have then after a bit of thought ordered the same TV via the website.
The item was delivered promptly and I can highly recommend it. Great picture and sound as I would expect from richer sounds and a competitive price

Purchased a small LG on clearance for my daughter's bedroom. Andie was great and even though this was only a smaller purchase, gave it the same due care and attention as if I was buying a top of the range 65" TV. Recommend richer sounds all day long.

I was served quickly and politely; the item I was looking for was in stock and the price was as expected.

We had a very positive experience at Richer Sounds and we would absolutely recommend this store. The salesman took time to listen to our needs and to explain our potential purchases to us.
There was one thing we were a bit disappointed in and that was were told that our new Cello television had Freely inbuilt which turned out not to be the case.
However, we were still pleased with the customer service we received.
