Only gave four stars as we did expect the delivery person to unpack the TV for us, especially as we are both elderly.

Thank you for your feedback, currently we don't have a courier unpack option so the driving teams can only deliver the parcels to either your doorstep or a room of choice, item dependent.
We can offer an option of a local installer via the branch of purchase, to dovetail with the delivery, and are working on adding an option to sales made online at the basket stage whereby customers can purchase a basic installation with the main product.
We do hope all is well with the new item, of course if you require any help at all please do get in touch..
