I recently visited Richer Sounds Cambridge and had an absolutely outstanding experience. The store stands out for its genuine expertise, customer-focused approach, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the whole team. Every step of the process felt smooth, honest, and well-supported, and it’s clear that the Cambridge branch takes real pride in offering thoughtful guidance and practical solutions for any home project.

They also offered excellent advice on projectors, helping me compare different options and understand which models would best suit my needs. What impressed me most was the store’s flexibility and willingness to explore multiple setups as my requirements evolved, making everything stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a retailer that combines deep knowledge with such a friendly and professional attitude.

A special mention goes to Olivia, whose exceptional service and leadership truly elevate the experience. Her advice, patience, and dedication were outstanding, and she is a real credit to Richer Sounds Cambridge. I will definitely continue to return for future purchases. Highly recommended.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Communication has been poor, and I have not received timely or accurate information regarding my order.

When I placed the order on 30th November delivery was agreed for 5th December. Only later was I told that the delay was due to the supplier, and I have now been informed that I will not receive my delivery until after the New Year. This is completely unacceptable.

When I phoned for clarification, I was given incorrect and conflicting information, which only added to the frustration. This experience has been a disaster and has ruined our Christmas plans. I expected far better from Richer Sounds.

This was my second visit after purchasing some awesome speakers on my 1st visit. I was impressed with the salesman’s knowledge and felt, after listening to them, I had to then upgrade my amplifier. The same person served me and again, great knowledgeable advice/demonstration given. As Arnie famously said; “I’ll be back” !!

Knowledgable staff who really do know what they are talking about- great advice and guidance. Good after sales support helping to resolve a problem (which I had created). Great product, very pleased with my new turntable, which was very well priced! Will visit again.

The gentlemen at the shop were extremely helpful allowing me to try out the headphones fully before purchasing. Knowledgable and gave great set up tips. Can’t recommend enough.

Was told the items were in stock, booked my delivery and paid. I was told if there were any problems they would call me, I had no call so assumed the delivery would arrive as expected. Nothing turned up on the day of delivery so called them to ask why, was told no stock and wouldn’t be back in stock until end of December! Expressed my disappointment and was told someone would call me back to discuss, no call back! Not good enough when you are spending £3k.

Bought a pair of headphones in store. Staff was knowledgeable. A week later the price fell for Black Friday and the difference in price was refunded promptly. Will shop again!

Having had a lot of trouble trying to get my old television repaired under guarantee, the day was saved by the excellent manager at Cambridge kindly agreeing to exchange it for a new set. Great service as always by the shop staff.
