Absolutely amazing company 6 year extra gaurentee and 100 quid off web price for 85 inch tv

The Brighton shop representative was knowledgeable on tv’s and guided me through selection. Having brought items there before I was given an extra £50 off the 75 inch tv, plus the added bonus of a six year warranty. The final icing on the cake was the interest free terms over 12 months.

I needed some information on a new TV and Charlie & Toby were very knowlegable , helpful & friendly .
Toby explained everything to me clearly so that I could make a suitable choice on the best product for me .

I finally plumped for the AXA35 after long consideration, online research and a chat with the most helpful of assistant managers, Toby, in Brighton.
At no point was I pushed towards purchase, but the more I looked into it, the more I realised it was worth going for - especially with £50 off RRP plus additional discount for being a VIP member.
I couldn't be more pleased with the result.
My previous Cambridge Audio amp is nearly 25 years old and still working well. But the difference in richness of sound was instant when I connected the AXA35.
Easy to set up, easy to operate - and a useful plus... a remote control (I'm actually using the one that came with the AXC25 CD player, but the amp comes with an identical one, too).

I rarely buy anything electronic, but when I do it's invariably from RS. I know the quality will be good (they don't sell tat), I know the price will be competitive (it always is) and I know the service is second to none (they prove this everytime). Jay made everything seem so very easy and it proved to be so. I'm hopeless when it comes to any form of technology and was dreading trying to buy a set of headphones that really work for me. I had a faulty FiiO K13. It was a tricky intermittent fault. Nik went out of his way to verify the fault and get it replaced under warranty. He also then set up a demo so that I could compare the FiiO with other DACs to make sure I was conpletely happy.
At all times Nik was professional, knowledgeable and gave me the space just to listen.

It's just how customer service should be. So many companies could learn how to do it from the guys in Brighton. Rosie runs a great team and Nik is just a star, so helpful and his help on email before I made my decision for my choice of amp was exemplary.
