Great price, great advice, great communications and great aftercare. Can’t fault it. Special mention for Charlie in the Brighton branch, super helpful.

The staff member I dealt with was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable.
He arranged an extremely prompt delivery. Didn't waffle on trying to sell me any additional products, just listened to what I required and very efficiently made it happen. Perfect customer experience.

Very efficient website - although it would be helpful if DPD didn't send messages to the customer regarding delivery to the store. This is confusing. Store staff very pleasant.

Excellent personal service from Toby. Pleasant and not at all patronising. Explained different screen types etc. Carried tv to our car.

I rarely buy anything electronic, but when I do it's invariably from RS. I know the quality will be good (they don't sell tat), I know the price will be competitive (it always is) and I know the service is second to none (they prove this everytime). Jay made everything seem so very easy and it proved to be so. I'm hopeless when it comes to any form of technology and was dreading trying to buy a set of headphones that really work for me. Jay 'got it' straight away ad produced exactly what I had hoped to find within minutes. Great understanding and great service

I had a faulty FiiO K13. It was a tricky intermittent fault. Nik went out of his way to verify the fault and get it replaced under warranty. He also then set up a demo so that I could compare the FiiO with other DACs to make sure I was conpletely happy.
At all times Nik was professional, knowledgeable and gave me the space just to listen.
5 star service from Richer as always.

When there was a hiccup with the product, I was able to speak to Charlie immediately and he dealt with it brilliantly.

It's just how customer service should be. So many companies could learn how to do it from the guys in Brighton. Rosie runs a great team and Nik is just a star, so helpful and his help on email before I made my decision for my choice of amp was exemplary. I won't go anywhere else and have been using them for years. A++

The staff were great. I was after specific options with a new TV. Rosie was able to both demonstrate and explain the options. Delivery was on time. I returned to the shop with a problem, fitting the stand to the TV. It was resolved by the staff. Thanks

The knowledge shared with and the personal attention given to me to help me choose was great! I was replacing an old surround-sound system designed for a different-shaped room and Charlie identified the configuration implications. Joe went on to install and balance everything to deliver a very satisfying solution.

The Staff at Brighton were very helpful and professional. Special mention goes to Nik making sure I was satisfied with my purchases. I now have a fantastic TV and Sonos sound system.

Staff member was knowledgeable enough. Even though the particular tv model wasn't on site we compared similar quality models (LED/OLED etc). Organised preferred delivery without fuss, offered to check type of wall mount needed. Nice manner, gave me time and space to explore what to buy and different options.

Whenever I have phoned the store to ask any questions I have always found the calls were answered promptly and the best advice given.
They listen to the customer and do not try to force a sale.

Sales etc great,but at age 87 I am now with two T V s and I don’t understand the key pads.I need sub titles but with the LG where.??I feel quite depressed when I should be pleased.The engineer was ok if I had been young and experienced with gadgets.
