I would recommend Richard Nash cars to anybody experience was brilliant very good customer care

I had been looking for a Qashqai Tekna auto for a few weeks now & also tried a couple of examples in my price range, but all had +30k on the clock. Imagine then how surprised I was to find a 22 plate, within my price range with less than 10k on the clock, just one owner & in the colour I wanted. Well, thats what Richard Nash had in stock. Jason did an excellent job looking after me, the car was lovely & I collected the it today. I would totally recommend them

Writing this after 6 months owning the car, car is absolutely fine, but the customer service, they really need to sort this out, was running late to collect the car near to 6pm closing time, rushed paper work(all details wrong on the v5 etc), the salesperson was leaving in his car before we could even navigate the Bluetooth to link the phone up

I did a 200 mile round trip via train for a car at Richard Nash Norwich. I had dealt with Jason who had stated car was in excellent order. He collected us from the train station. I drove the car back to the dealership. However several obvious scratches and very poor paintwork patches were on the bonnet and side. Clearly no effort had been made to do a proper job. I pointed these out to Jason. He reaction was "what do you expect from a used car?" I told him the colour does not even match. The car being bright maroon and the touch up paint was like a red. I told him i was not happy and would he kindly drop us (it was my daughter and myself) back to the train station. His exact words were "the bus stop is over there. You can catch a bus!!". Quite shocking to say the least. Their true customer service came out at this point. We took the train back at a cost to us at £200 round trip. I was genuinely interested in the car otherwise i would not have gone that distance.

From the moment we met Steve parry from richard nash norwich we felt at ease, he was knowledgeable about his cars, very polite and easy to like, we felt wanted and valued, which is very refreshing. Thoroughly recommend Richard Nash cars.

We purchased a VW T Roc last Saturday, and was dealing with Steven who was very professional. When I got home I noticed a minor issue with the car, I called Steven first thing Monday morning and the issue was sorted the same day. So a very big thank you to you all at Richard Nash Motors, we will definitely be using your services again in the future if needed.

I recently bought a used car through Richard Nash in Sept 2024 and have waited six months before reviewing. The car was in excellent condition, there was a minor fault which appeared after driving home which was rectified the next day. Since then I have had work carried out under the extended warrenty and also had several niggly things taken care of which are to be expected on an older car. Always easy to book in for work, prices always realistic and fantastic experience so far.

This is the second used car I've bought though Richard Nash, the first lasted me 7yrs and was ex mot ability but we lived too far away to use the garage. This time round I've been very impressed with the sales and servicing departments.

From the initial enquiry all the way through to purchase Steve was brilliant! Excellent customer service. Couldn't recommend more! Thank you Steve

Having been new to Norfolk it’s hard to find new companies to trust today I have found one. I want to say thank you to Mark at Richard Nash for his professionalism and excellent service love our new car a Nissan Qashqai and looking forward to meany happy years with it and other dealings with this company.

This is a great company with great people working there. I bought a used Peugeot 3008, and I was very happy with my purchase, Steve Allen was great and helpful , I previously left a review about my experience when I bought it couple of month ago. I’m doing this one because shortly after I purchased the car there was a adblue fault showed up on the display and after taking it to a Peugeot garage in Liverpool , turned out it needed a new adblue tank, costing just over £1000 and the 12 month warranty didn’t cover that, but I got in touch with Steve Allen and Richard Nash company immediately agreed to pay for it. Just shows the type of people they are and as I mentioned in my previous review they are not just after selling you a car but are real honest people who care and do what is right for their customers and they are fair. Can’t thank Steve Allen enough and thanks to Paul the manager who is doing a great job at Richard Nash.

Love my new car, I bought a Peugeot 3008. Every person I dealt with from Luke who made sure I bought the best car for my budget and for the many jobs it has to do. Paul the manager who made sure it was going to be ready ASAP as my own car had died a sudden death. And the daredevil who takes you out on the test drive. No hard sell just helpful. I will return when I need to buy another car. Thanks for the great and helpful service.

Great experience with Richard Nash Cars. The process from looking at the car i wanted, test driving to buying/part exchanging was so smooth and simple. Luke was great and made the whole experience really easy. All the staff were lovely and welcoming and the service was great the whole way through.

Really kind and helpful. Reasonable prices. I got messed around by another garage and quoted 3x more than what Richard Nash would do the same work for. Will forever be using Richard Nash from now on. Forever grateful for how well they have treated me.

I went to Richard Nash on 20/12/2023 in search of a new car . I was very much interested in the
Vaxhaull Corsa Elite Nav Premium , in a lovely orange colour. I arrived after work and was greeted by Paul ( manager ) and Luke ( salesman) , who were both very friendly and kind , ensuring that i was in safe hands! From the moment i saw the car , I completely fell in love with it . After the test drive , i was given the rest of the day to think about it . The following day , i decided to go ahead with the car and informed Paul , I was able to take away the car the day before Christmas Eve . Definitely not a pushy company at all . Luke went over all the paperwork , and was so supportive. I highly recommend you go to Richard Nash Cars , in search of your perfect newer car . Thank you so much ! :)

Never have I experienced such good customer care, we were welcomed and helped to buy our wonderful new car. Excellent sales, but never felt pressured or over sold. Luke was particularly helpful and all staff were so professional but so friendly. Will honestly rate them 10/10

In my late 70's i knew that i needed a smaller ,automatic car to help my arthritic knees . Having never driven an automatic before this was a daunting prospect.However Luke gave us a lesson round the car park and patiently suggested what we needed. Paul explained our options, valued our car and put us at ease . There was no pressure and we felt these were people we could trust. I give 5 stars because the service and car were excellent . thank you !

Easy and stress free process of buying a car with great people to deal with. Luke at the Vulcan Road site was incredibly knowledgeable and honest throughout the whole process and would recommend Richard Nash to anyone.

Only a week after going to look at a car on the forecourt, today I drove away in my new car from Richard Nash. Had been looking around for a while at various vehicles on various websites as I was looking to change my present vehicle.Cars were coming through from Richard Nash Cars which looked nice cars at some good prices . As I'm not local to Norwich I kept looking but kept getting drawn back to a particular car on Richard Nash Car Site . I done some Internet searching and kept getting positive views on this car site . I made initial enquires by email and was pleased with response from Luke so arranged a viewing.We traveled from Coventry to the site . We was given the keys to look around the vehicle on our own with no hard sell or pressure. We had a good look around the vehicle and was pleased with what we was viewing . We went back in located Luke who arranged an unaccompanied test drive which we thought was very nice . We went off on test drive and it soon became apparent that this was a nice vehicle .We returned to the showroom where we sat down with Luke to discuss the vehicle and our pt ex on present vehicle . Discussion went very well Luke was a true gentleman and a deal was struck to buy the vehicle . All through the process we never felt any sales pressure and looking back it was a nice sales experience ( you can't say that at a lot of garages ). Paperwork sorted car ready for us that day to drive back to Coventry in . Everyone we met at showroom was very pleasant it truly was a good experience hopefully the car turns out to be a good long term investment. Well done to all at Richard Nash Cars we will certainly return and recommend there services to others.

I bought a Ford puma car from luke, who was very friendly and experienced. He wasn't pushy and was very helpful throughout the process.

I had an issue with the car a week after I bought it so I rang up straight away, the team came straight out to look at the car and rectified it the same day, I was really thankful.
Highly recommend!!
