Amazing company from start to finish. Russell was mint. Just left us to look round and grab keys to see inside as we wanted. No rushing us or pushing us to make decisions. Again on collection day himself and Andrew have been brilliant. Made finding my new car so easy and never felt pushed into anything!
Russel was so helpful, felt absolutely no pressure at all to buy. Was very good with quick replies etc in the built up to buying the car. Made the whole process very simple and easy.

Talking with Ashley the sales man was like talking to an old friend, as a female I felt totally at ease and comfortable with him, he never tried to push a sale of a car and I was left to have alook by myself, he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions.

28th October 2025 £14,000 spent on an Audi Q3
2 months later serious problems with electronic boot
motor had gone elrctro shocks and then i found out only had 28 day warranty on a £14,000 car
there is nothing Prestigures about this company
only interested in getting your money
the car in general upon delivery was not even cleaned to spec previous owners details in the boot under carpet
management dont want to know all i get is the warranty has expired my advice buy elsewere and not from here
very arrogant attitude atercare they provide load of crap

you will defo get a better deal elsewere
my biggest concern is the car lasted it warranty once expired it all went wrong

Found these guys online when looking for a Kia Sportage and from the very first enquiry they have been outstanding. Asked lots of questions before viewing the car as we were 2.5hours away. Had a verbal walk round the car to check bodywork and asked questions about previous owner etc. Recommend making an appointment to view as they have a lot of cars on site. The car had a few minor issues which we asked them to resolve before buying. On collection day the work had all been done and we did buy the car. For information we did P/X our old car as they offered the same price as WeBuyAnyCar. All staff were friendly and professional and they have been warned...we may well be back!

The car was beautifully presented with not a mark even though it was six years old

I purchased a Mercedes-Benz SLK 250 (WA13HBF) from Prestige Car Supermarket / Affordable Cars Yorkshire Ltd in December 2025.
After paying a deposit over the phone, I was unable to view the vehicle prior to collection despite multiple attempts, as I was advised it was undergoing preparation or MOT-related work. I collected the vehicle on the understanding it was as described.
Within days of collection, I discovered previously undisclosed defects, including a crack in the glass roof that became visible after window film detached during adverse weather. I hold dated photographic and video evidence. Further inspection identified panel misalignment, a cracked rear light lens, paint defects, and non-functioning daytime running lights.
I exercised my right to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and subsequently returned the vehicle. A meeting with the aftersales manager had been agreed in advance; however, on arrival the manager was not present, despite me taking time off work to attend.
Based on my experience, I would advise prospective buyers to ensure full inspection prior to purchase and to confirm aftersales arrangements in writing.
