They’re a scam, they let you buy from them as they are the premium brand wear that serves the best quality but in fact they’re the worse with the size and the quality!!! And then if you want to do a refund they will tell you that’s not possible to do so. With a letter thank you for understanding. Don’t you ever buy from this site!

Avoid this company– Deceptive Business Practices and Poor Quality Products

I recently purchased items from them that were advertised as high quality. What I received was a complete disappointment – the products were defective, of extremely poor quality, and not as described. When I requested to return the products, the company refused to honor their return policy, instead offering me a series of unacceptable partial refunds (starting with 20%, then 30%, and finally 50%).

This is clearly a company trying to take advantage of consumers. They seem unwilling to follow basic business ethics or consumer protection laws. I urge others to avoid this business at all costs. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy online retailer, this is not it.

I’ll be taking further legal steps to hold this company accountable, and I hope my experience helps others avoid falling into the same trap.

Do not order from this website!

It says at the bottom of their website that they accept returns however it also states in their return policy that they don't accept returns on Sale items... however, all the items on their website are labelled as on Sale! So in other words, you can't order with peace of mind of being able to return them. When you email them asking to return the items they just say no, but here's a discount code for our website. So in other words, sorry we don't accept the return of our terrible items, here is a discount code on more terrible items of clothing that look nothing like the pictures.

None of the items I ordered even remotely looked the way they did in the pictures, the sizing was all WAAYY off, usually a XXL is a comfortable, slightly relaxed fit on me, and I could barely get them on! The colours were all wrong too and did not match the pictures! It said 5-7 days shipping and it took nearly 3 weeks to get to me. When it turned up none of the packaging is Riccardo Ricci either, its got all the factory packaging from china still on everything and looks super miss-matched.

All in all terrible experience, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Scam, avoid this company!

Order took a couple weeks to arrive and I got the Ralph Lauren shorts and the colour was way different the what was on the website and they didn't let me return the item

The quality of the pieces is good, and I am truly impressed by the designs. The only downside for me was the somewhat long shipping time. However, the team was extremely helpful and competent. I will definitely order again!
