Very excellent and disponible. I failed to choose a Number of shoes, and I wrote them an email. They answered me instantly, and changed my order. The clothes arrived me and are beautiful. For sure I'll order again from them.

The quality was okay, but the sizing runs much smaller than advertised. When I tried to return my order—something that should have been possible according to their own terms—they did everything to avoid accepting the return. In the end, I only received €75 back out of €360, and can only wear one shirt. Not satisfied at all. Do not recommend!

Sizes do not match the indications on website, fabric and sewing is poor, no answering of proper (requirements of return policy met) return requests, no business address and details. It's a rip-off. Be alarmed about the potential scam.

Replied to customer service on 26 June and requested and still no response. I have now decided to write off the expense and donate the cheaply made clothing to charity as I certainly will not be keeping them. Poor customer service and poor craftmanship and not worth purchasing from them.

Awful customer service. Had a pre populated address accidentally change my delivery address to an old house. Instantly realised and contacted the company. Sent multiple emails, instagram, online form. No response at all. Impossible to get hold of to deal

I have attempted to email as requested, and still no response. I am not putting my email on an open forum. Perhaps repond to the email as requested and sent on 4 occasions now!!

Delivery of Order #36852 took 3.5 weeks – completely unacceptable.

Design/Quality: Terrible, cheap, chemical-smelling fabric, clearly mass-produced in China. The cuts are boring and look nothing like the photos.

Refund: they refused my right to return the product, even though EU Directive 2011/83/EU clearly guarantees a 14-day withdrawal period.

Support: AI generated response. No customer service, no return address, no integrity. Of course any response for order number or email will be another scam, as there already is a long communication which resulted in this review.

⚠️ This is not a real European brand.

It's a Chinese dropshipping scam hiding behind a fancy website.

Avoid at all costs.

Update 10-07-2025: As expected, they didn’t help — despite their reply. Instead, they just created more hurdles for returning the purchase and never followed up again. SCAM.

I was impressed by how professional their clothing feel. I ordered a polo and linen shorts, and it’s perfect for winter all warm and stylish. The website’s layout made it easy to find what I needed. Shipping took a few days. I’d recommend this site to any guy looking to up his game.

This website is just classy. I bought a set of linen shirts and they add a nice touch for summer. The site was user friendly, and the product photos were accurate. My order arrived in six days which was reasonable.

Making this a 2-star review instead of the initial 1-star I wanted to leave, because my product might be a quality one. The bottleneck? Delivery.

It's been 2 weeks since I ordered the products, they're probably somewhere in a random Chinese warehouse or fulfilment center with no status updates or emails.

I would never order again because of that experience. However, by the time you read this they might have fulfilment centers in your region, I heavily suggest that.

While you might have good products, the overall experience is not aligned with the quality of your IG marketing, and that's pretty sad because it all looked good.

Took a chance on this brand and I’m glad I did. Delivery was smooth and the shirt I got fits really well. Might go for the trousers next.

I saw the add on Instagram and the clothes look legit, very classy and Italian made. I ordered 2 shirts and one pair of pants for my son and 1 shirt and 1 pair of shorts for my son in-law as a birthday gift. After waiting for a long time and still waiting for the clothes to arrive I noticed that the shipment was coming from China. If I wanted to purchase Chinese clothes I would've ordered from Amazon, this is false advertisement. I tried to contact @riccardoricci by sending an email with negative results. DO NOT SHOP from this seller!

@riccardoricci I sent you an email with the information you requested (order number and contact information) and I haven't heard from you yet. My orders are still in transit as of today at 2:20 PM, pacific standard time.

Tried them out with just a shirt and pants to start. Honestly impressed. The clothes feel like they’ll last and they make me feel more confident without trying too hard.

Sent incorrect trousers
sent JPEG images to customer support along side trousers ordered. They refused to accept it - even though it's incorrect. Being very long about not sending / refunding new trousers.
So have filled to the FCA for a refund.

I was initially considering placing an order of approximately €500 worth of clothing from this company. However, after reading numerous negative reviews online, I decided to proceed with caution and placed a smaller order of two shirts, totaling €50.

Although the delivery took longer than expected, I was pleasantly surprised when the package finally arrived. The items were of good quality and aligned well with what was shown online. Considering the price, I found the value to be very reasonable.

Given my experience, I do not fully understand the many negative reviews. While the shipping time could certainly be improved, placed order on 25 may and received yesterday 11 June. I am satisfied with the products I received. I plan to place a few more small orders for trousers and other items to further assess the consistency of their service and product quality.

I will continue to leave reviews based on future experiences

Riccardo Ricci offers exactly what I was looking for with subtle timeless clothing with attention to detail. I ordered a loafers and some linen shirts. The fit was clean the fabric felt premium, they upgraded my style massively. Would shop here again.
