Overall OK. But recently, I have been noticing a delay in the transfer of money to the destination account. Which makes me go to other parties like XOOM, where the money gets transferred immediately.

Drop Down Options of Banks
I dislike the drop down options of banks where the money will go to.
example: i typed in BPI and only one bank is available as option and it turned out to be the obsolete one. I then tried BDO but the options are varied and not the exact one that i used previously.

Not even a 1 but can’t go lower! Absolutely rubbish in the UK. Loads of registered users but hardly any of them actually operate the service anymore or if they do it’s to send money to third world countries only, ridiculous system, went to 5 shops none of which actually have cash to pay transfers out, all make excuses like system is down. Don’t bother just do a bank transfers…
