Overall OK. But recently, I have been noticing a delay in the transfer of money to the destination account. Which makes me go to other parties like XOOM, where the money gets transferred immediately.

They do not update their mobile wallet…
They do not update their mobile wallet providers and hence are wasting their customer’s time. I had to cancel my order and resent it as the order did not progress because FreeMoney does no longer exist but that option is offered by Ria.
What made me write the bad review is the fact that the customer representative I dealt with told me to make sure that the new order I am sending can receive Orange Money or Wave.
This is shifting the blame on the customer when you can just update your system to make sure that the options you are offering are available in the first place.
