Overall OK. But recently, I have been noticing a delay in the transfer of money to the destination account. Which makes me go to other parties like XOOM, where the money gets transferred immediately.

Not even a 1 but can’t go lower! Absolutely rubbish in the UK. Loads of registered users but hardly any of them actually operate the service anymore or if they do it’s to send money to third world countries only, ridiculous system, went to 5 shops none of which actually have cash to pay transfers out, all make excuses like system is down. Don’t bother just do a bank transfers…

The whole process was terrible. TERRIBLE!
The whole process was terrible. They say "the transactions are normally sent in 15 minutes" but when I placed a transaction it took more than 48 hours and the money still hasn't arrived while I am writing this. I reached out the customer support and everything when I try to explain myself they say the problem is because of the recipients bank. BUT HELL NO! I have placed three different transactions alongside RIA the others arrived within a minute but RIA wants me to wait 48 hours or more. Now it is going to be holiday and the banks will be closed. The whole process was terrible, I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER use this app. I suggest you to do the same. No blames on customer care agents btw. They are doing their job but the company, the whole process is TERRIBLE. The worst I have ever experienced so far.
