The plant arrived dried out with the top leaves shrivelled and dead. OK so it was an acer and they are drama queens and the weather has been hot. Still, these are predictable problems and ought to be solvable. Everything else was ok

poor conditions and over priced
my plants arrived and they were in a poor state. sun scorched and on the way out. i haven't heard back from customer services at all. i then went to a local garden centre and the size of plant that you could buy for less than RHS Plants were selling was insane. i won't be buying from them again and hopefully be getting a full refund.

Absolutely poor quality plants and poor…
Absolutely poor quality plants and poor quality customer service. The plants that were sold at a premium price arrived dry and barely alive. When I emailed to complain, I was told to repackage the and send them back on a week day. I work full time and those plants were barely able to withstand the travel to come to me. It was too much hassle to argue with customer service. I cancelled what was still outstanding from my order. I wasted £100 including a gift voucher I got for my birthday. I went to a local garden centre and bought my own plants. Real shame I would expect more from the RHS name. Let me tell you it means nothing and avoid ordering from them at all cost!
