Great customer service
I ordered a digger bucket on-line. Almost immediately I received an apologetic phone call to say that the last one in stock had just been sold and new stock would not be available for three weeks. I was given the options of cancelling or hanging on and chose the latter. The bucket arrived three weeks later to the day.
Rhinox could have prevaricated but took an honest approach. I regard this as great customer service.

micro mini excavator bucket quick!
With a new micro mini excavator, I had few good options. I am extremely happy with the great quality and the reasonable pricing at Rhinox. Also, Warren took the time to help me with shipping. Speaking of shipping, it was like it came across town, not from Great Britain to Pennsylvania, USA. - Wish I would have purchased it sooner.

Your website is great and very good to use. When it said the bucket I wanted was in stock I purchased it and told it was being dispatched. When it hadn’t arrived I phoned to ask and was told it was a month before I would get it.
Not best pleased . But hope to receive it very soon.
