Thank You James, appreciate your review. Firstly, I will take up the issue of the plate being over painted with our paint shop, that isn't acceptable. Not sure if you left us with the right e-mail address, as we replied within half an hour of receiving your e-mail, we have also tried calling your a few times. We pride ourselves in quality and speed of turn around, which is of concern to us when we get any of these wrong. I will try again to contact you to see what we can do to resolve the issue. Just one thing to check, is there a film over the plate? when we put the plates on we leave the film on until dispatch to help protect it from any over spray or damage, this may have slipped through without being removed. I hope its as simple as that, just needs the film needs removing, but we will look into this as you can understand that is not acceptable. Sorry we haven't left you satisfied with your order this time. We will do everything we can to resolve this.

Very impressed with ripper tooth for my 301.7dcr. One of the very few places that make one and this one is worth the money. Replaceable tooth, very heavy built, this tooth is worthy of being on a Caterpillar excavator. Equal or better than OEM.

Great products at a great price. Shipping costs to the USA were more than the buckets cost, but all in they still worked out much cheaper than the equivalent products over here. Fast and efficient service. Nothing but good things to say about Rhinox.
