Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service - I’d be worried for the old and vulnerable patients.
I booked an appointment for my mother and needed to rearrange, but despite calling multiple times, no one answered the phone. I even left a voicemail requesting a call back and still heard nothing.
On the day of the appointment, someone finally answered. I explained the poor experience I’d had trying to get in contact, and he told me I should apologise because he had cancelled my mum’s appointment. When I asked why it was cancelled and why no one had called to rearrange, he was rude and dismissive. I asked for his name — he said NAVEED — and when I said I would be making a complaint, he replied, “Who are you going to complain to? I’m the owner.” I was absolutely shocked and disgusted.
Later, I received a call from a lady asking when I booked the appointment. I told her it was a couple of months ago. She asked for a receipt, and when I said I didn’t have it, she told me I’d need to come in and show a receipt or she couldn’t process a refund. At that point I said I didn’t even want a refund. Who on earth has time for this?
Overall, an extremely unprofessional and upsetting experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.
