recently had a very bad experience with the renowned brand Christin loubtin chadstone,
I purchase a pair of heel called as Sandale du desert for my birthday. Firstly they said we have one last pair left for the size you asking for, so i requested them to keep aside for me because i eagerly wanted to have that for my birthday. But they said they cant hold for so long, then i paid full amount and asked them to transfer it to store located at bourke street. I went there after couple of days and try the size but it wont fit i asked them to please order one bigger size.
And i also said them that now i will return on my birthday to pick it up 25 April . When i went on the day they showed me the heel, and guess they got both left foot, then they said they can uber another pair just in couple of minutes i agreed that . But when i again try my size for left foot i saw the sole of the heel was TORN
!!!! I asked them to please get me new pair because i cant get defected peace after spending so much money they said its out of stock we can call cobbler to fix it up !!!
So here the question arise why you are charging so much money from customer when you serving this cheap quality to the customers????? If your heels are getting done by cobblers so why we are paying such huge amount !! Cant we get it from any local seller in this way at affordable price ???
They have completely ruined my birthday because i wanted to get that particular heel for so long, i wanted to wear on that day, i literally cried for that incidence happen …
This brand was my first priority in heels but not anymore when i saw they are not serving well.
When i talked with manager she was not even accepting hers fault, she was keep saying it could happen from anyone we live in human era !!!! Okay i got that we live in human era…. But i am not supposed to get defected piece of item even when i have paid full amount even 10 days before …. What if i will take the heel wear it for 10 days and will say i don't want it anymore please refund me … will they do so … no not at all!!!!
What build a brand renowned ? The quality and the value they are serving right!!!! However, where is the quality then when you are saying we can get it done by cobbler for you …. When i am paying for brand new heel … why will i accept cobblers stich heel????

I had one of the worst shopping experiences of my life with this company.
I purchased a pair of shoes for $1,714.95 for my brother’s wedding. This was a very meaningful and expensive purchase for me. Unfortunately, the size I received (US 8) was too tight. The shoes were only tried on indoors and never worn outside. I returned them in good faith, expecting a simple exchange.
At first, I was told the return could not be accepted because the shoes appeared worn. However, after speaking with customer service, I was clearly assured that they would proceed with an exchange and send me a new pair in size US 8.5. Based on that confirmation, I waited—but the replacement never arrived.
From that point on, everything went downhill:
* I was asked for a tracking number and accidentally shared the wrong one at first, but I corrected it shortly after.
* Despite this, the company repeatedly claimed they never received the shoes.
* This is completely contradictory, because earlier they had already sent me photos of the returned shoes, proving they had them.
* UPS has confirmed that my return shipment (Tracking Number: 1ZE5A2269197734647) was successfully delivered to their address with proof of delivery.
* I was later told a replacement had been shipped, but no proper tracking number was ever provided.
* The only tracking number they eventually shared was actually the same one I used to return the shoes, which is misleading and unacceptable.
After countless calls and emails, I received nothing but inconsistent information, delays, and poor customer service. Representatives were dismissive and refused to escalate the issue properly.
At the end of all this, I have:
* No shoes
* No replacement
* No refund
This situation has caused months of stress and frustration over a very expensive purchase. What was supposed to be a special purchase for my brother’s wedding turned into a complete nightmare.
For a brand of this level, the customer service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. There is a serious lack of accountability and organization.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before purchasing. My experience has been extremely negative, and I would not recommend buying from them based on how this situation was handled.

I don’t know what to say except I am very disappointed with quality of 750EUR shoes. I was in taxi and in restaurant with them and the red outsole is ruined for good. Shoes are very uncomfortable even I got 8.5 heel and I am in heels 10cm all day I got bruises on my feet and I looked forward to getting them. It was my wish to have one in my closet. Very disappointed and not wearable.

I was at the Miami store in design district Friday January 16th 2026 and I had a wonderful and great experience. At first I was told I had to wait outside before I can be help I’m guessing because of the amount of people inside. But their guard Ace explained to me why and went ahead and find an sale rep that could assist me which was very helpful and most appreciated, Natalie the French lady was my sales representative and she was amazing and knowledgeable with the shoes . The guard ace kept me informed about the store shoes and areas while Natalie was away grabbing my shoes. I end up purchasing 2 shoes and fell in love with them. I would recommend any and everybody to shop at this location, very clean professional service.

Their marketing is great, but all their products are made to end up in the trash after a short time. Expensive products, while they use the excuse that they are handmade, and laugh in our faces. Girls, there are other better brands with quality products. This CL is laughing in our faces with every complaint; their designs don't suit women, they suit a trash can, because that's where your money goes after 1 or 2 uses of the shoe.

I made a purchase from their website for the first time. Unfortunately, my initial experience was terrible because they sent me a faulty lipstick. I called them by phone as soon as I received the product, and they said they would resolve this issue immediately, but a week has passed and I am still waiting. I am not satisfied with this situation at all. I was left with a defective lipstick, and my money has essentially gone to waste. I never want to shop from this website again because it is not trustworthy at all.

Never before have i experienced such appalling customer service, I have been a customer of CL for 10 years now and have never had an issue with a shoe, so have never needed to use customer services, until this year.
WOW, all i can say is I would get better service from Primark, or any other high street shoe shop.
The very first time I wore my shoes (Beginning of August), they broke! I contacted CL & they told me they could be repaired but not until the end of august as there is a factory shut down (How this affects a repair shop in a completely different country, I have no idea!)
They then told me my repair would be 3 weeks, 4 week maximum. Fair enough yet i am STILL WAITING for my shoes to be returned to me! (Mid December)
They have been shipped, but I am fighting tooth and nail to get the address changed - its a simple email and I have been fighting for 2 days to get this done - I still am
For £750, I would expect much much better customer service. I asked for some form of compensation (money off my next pair etc) for the fact I have been out of pocket for 6 months, they said it wasn't possible. Yet, they send PR packages to influencers on a daily basis but can't look after their paying customers....
