Unfortunately the first one I received was a bit faulty, but customer service had a new module sent at no cost. I only wish the dimmers had a low and high end trim option.

Difficult start, but flawless resolution in the end
I had a terrible experience with Residence Supply. I placed an order, and they held my funds for nearly three weeks before cancelling it without my consent, claiming a "stock issue."
After negotiating a resolution, they attempted to charge me extra shipping fees, giving shifting explanations about warehouse locations. To make matters worse, they only disclosed at the very last minute that the lamp they wanted to send had a US plug, making it incompatible for European use out of the box.
When I calmly asked for clarification regarding these contradictions, their customer service simply chose to cancel the invoice entirely and refused to fulfill the order.
Shifting stories, poor inventory management, and a complete lack of professionalism. International buyers, beware.
Update following delivery:
After a difficult start, I want to acknowledge the excellent responsiveness of the customer service team (especially Johanna). They stepped in very professionally to turn things around. The company fully honored its commitments: the lamp was delivered quickly via UPS in perfect condition, with the EU adapter included, and all extra fees were taken care of. While it's a shame there was initial friction, the final resolution was flawless. Thank you for making things right.

While the first option to correct the concern we had was not what I was expecting/hoped for, the customer service rep worked with us to find a solution that worked for all parties. Overall the return process went smooth and we are happy with the overall experience.

Membership Exceeds Expectations
I have always experienced great customer service from RS! However since joining the membership, not only is the member discount and expedited shipping a huge benefit but my experience with George and covering reps when he is unavailable have been exceptional. Most recently, I worked with him on an order that he processed while I was traveling and it shipped within a couple of days vs weeks. didn’t think I’d be this excited about a door handle but here we are lol. Swapped out the basic builder-grade one in my room and it made the whole space feel custom. Super solid, heavy. Install took me like 10 mins. Residence Supply shipped fast too. 10/10 would replace every handle in my house with theirs.

The ability to customize voltage and dimming requirements was a big advantage. Otherwise, we would have been required to go somewhere else. We have not received the fixtures yet (we ordered 24), but we are expecting everything to be great.
