Unauthorized bank account debits
I recently discovered that I was being billed £15/month by Wly* Completesave. C Switzerland. This monthly payment went back 12 months and had never be approved by me. Trust Pilot reviews identified Trainline, Argos and Senior Rail Card provider as online suppliers who partner with Completesave and I discovered that I had renewed my Senior Rail Card or 23 Apr 22 and the debits started on 28 May. This appears to be a fraud as there is not easy way to challenge the Company which has no UK office and is based in Switzerland. Will be seeking recovery through my Bank but will be notifying Action Fraud, Trainline and OFT.
Webloyalty 0 star
Update: tried calling them but phone number not in use, finally contact them via email. Later found out by myself it is same company as Nxrewards. !!!!! I left a quite comprehensive review of Nxrewards and gave it 4 stars. Same company but different branches? Not sure. But Nxrewards definitely has better customer service and better website than webloyalty.
Found that I am paying Webloyaty last month. Cannot remember ever signing up for it. I wrote a good review for cash back website Nxreward which also sneakily sign you up when you buy national express but with webloyalty I don’t know what they do , their website does not explain what they are for. (Unlike nxreward which are very clear on its cashback function)
I tried calling the number on their website but it doesn’t exist, I tried contact through enquiry also unable to do so.
Will keep trying and will update later.
Notorious scam merchants
Notorious scam merchants. Oh, it’s all perfectly legal and clear, apparently. Well, it shouldn’t be legal and it certainly isn’t clear what you are signing up for. Purchased train tickets using the Trainline app and thought I was signing up for a discount off my next purchase but was actually taking out membership of not one but two Webloyalty fronts here in the UK: Complete Savings and My Time Rewards. £15 unexpectedly charged to my credit card. Fortunately, I caught it. From what I have read, it sounds like despite cancelling my ‘subscriptions’, they will continue to charge money monthly regardless. I will most likely have to cancel my card. Disgusted with Trainline, who actually defend this disgraceful bunch of con artists, so Trainline app deleted, and I will never make a purchase through them again. Be warned, these grubby little tricksters are also partnered with the likes of Asda and Argos. All involved should hang their heads in shame and should be fined heavily for colluding in this. Furious. Writing to my MP, The Financial Ombudsman, Advertising Standards Agency, Citizens Advice Bureau, BBC Watchdog, Martin Lewis, etc. Be aware, be wary.

I purchased a rail ticket with…TRAINLINE
I purchased a rail ticket with TRAINLINE and saw that COMPLETESAVE charged me £15 with a recurring direct debit under the name Webloyalty.com.
I have been reimbursed by COMPLETESAVE now that I have alerted Barclays Bank but when I checked my Bank details, I note that Webloyalty.com now have a recurring add on my account. This is very worrying especially in these days when every pensioner like me is financially trying to survive. BEWARE
I never signed up to this or for that…
I never signed up to this or for that matter any subscription service, so there is no way I made a mistake by entering my card details it is disgraceful that this has happened and they removed £15 from my bank for two straight months I am going to pursue getting this sorted out and try and get my money back

They took 3 payments of £15 over 3 months. I phoned Barcleys today and reported fraud. My money is now been refunded. Changed my card. Thank you Barcleys.
I never signed up for this service
I never signed up for this service - yet £15.00 per month is being taken out of my account. When I asked my bank to stop it - they said this is a sneaky company and you have to write to them (Barclays Bank). This isn’t right is it that I cannot stop a direct payment on my own bank account? Therefore I never authorised you to take any payment - this is dreadful and deceitful. Please refund immediately. People please be warned.
Cheating
Cheating. When my son buy a ticket from Trainline, Completesave give a message like Trainline rebate the money to his ticket. They gave my son a rebate form and ask my son put in the card detail. They charged us GBP 90 until we found out!!
I have never signed up for this…
I have never signed up for this service, after moving to internet banking I can now see they have taken £15 every month for FOUR YEARS.
I can't find anywhere where I signed up nor can I seem to get in touch with anyone. I am absolutely appauled.
If anyone has any advice of how to stop this please can you help?
Con artists
Con artists , taken £195 out of my account over last 13 months . Waste of time trying to get them from web info . Look at the reacuring payments section of you banking app . If anyone has contact details please list . I have bank fraud team on the case and hope to recover money .
Never heard of them, but they're somehow taking money from me.
Good grief, never even heard of this company and they're somehow taking £15 p/m out of my account! Daylight robbery!
Company obtained my information and bank account details without permission
Never heard of the company before and unsure how they got my information.
Somehow, they have my bank account information and have been taking £15 a month. I did not agree in any way for this to be taken.

Just discovered 60 pound so far taken from this company from my Barclays account! I have not signed for it!
Update, after I contacted them, the money was returned. Happy days.

Iv been taken for 60 pounds for a service I never asked for somehow they have my details and are currently allowed by my bank (Barclays) to do this and won't get involved I'm disabled and on benefits so 60 pounds is a lot of money to me this practice has to be stopped and the banks should hang their head in shame iv been with barclays for years and they won't help and told me I have to work it out with the thieving scoundrels absolutely amazed and totally gobsmacked this practice is legal what has this world come to its a disgrace and downright theft in my book I never signed up for this and I'm not the only one who's getting ripped off
The most corrupt
The most corrupt, dishonest thieves you will ever come in contact with. Somehow they have the BBB on their side.

Brian Lunan
Yep these crooks got me. So my online bank account notifies of the £15 transaction pending to WLY*COMPLET
I'd never even heard of them. So done a search, saw the bad news that I'd obviously somewhere signed up for something called Customer Savings. Looked through my junk mail n found it. Struggled a bit to think back to how I could have signed up but it's a saving offer pop up attached to a company billing screen. Makes you think your getting a discount with whatever company its attached too, in this case it was Bikeinn/Tradeinn.
Luckily I'm not in work so it was only 1 months payment and not skanked for several payments as some people have. Yet £15 off an unemployment person a week before they are due benefits it's sore. Also the bank wouldn't stop the transaction going through, only after payment has been taken is there a process to dispute it. These guys are cranks..its essentially a legal scam, usually betting on people not noticing payment coming off.
Do not be conned by this company
Webloyalty works hand in hand with Completesave.co.uk. Somehow, they got hold of my debit card number and are now fraudulently deducting money from my account -- 15 pounds a month. Barclays Bank is unable to stop these payments (shame on them) and expects you to correspond with these companies directly. However, their websites are appalling and choices to unsubscribe are absent. They thus make it impossible to unsubscribe! How can the law allow this clandestine swindling from happen -- especially to the elderly? Webloyalty is shameless, devious and malign. Check your bank statements carefully or you could be taken by this unscrupulous company.
