I had not subscribed to anything that I'm unaware of/know that's not legit and somehow webloyalty.sarl (in switzerland) have been taking money from me - £18 at a time.
check your account regularly if you ever notice something your not familiar with re search it. I did that and discovered this thread on trust pilot and confirms my thought that its a scam. be aware!

Scammed by these people. My partner obviously ticked a box somewhere when buying something using our joint account card. Neither of us willingly agreed to any payments. Turns out they have been taking £18 per month from us for 13 months. No confirmation emails sent, no details. No consent sought for this. Tried calling them an it is an automated message saying please email us. No response from them yet. The company is based in Switzerland. Absolutely fraudulent. They are obviously skating around the law and this is sharp practice to say the least. If you’re reading this you’ve probably already been ripped off by them. If you haven’t then check the recurring payments on your bank account.

After reading a few reviews of this company I have realised I have also been scammed £18 a month for a subscription I didn’t sign up for! I have never heard of this company and have never used them, I have requested a full refund so we will see if I receive one!

This company also owns and operates a company called Complete Savings. I have written to Complete Savings to address a serious concern regarding unauthorized direct debit payments from my account for longer than I care to admit for a service I had never signed up to. I had never heard of Webloyalty or Complete Savings until today. This company has highly questionable business practices.

Thankfully, the Advertising Authority have banned their cashback methods. Tiny text. The spelling of the £ with words rather than numbers. The greyed out conditions - this was a cynical ploy to trap people. It has been described by the authorities as "misleading"... it wasnt. It was an utter con which is no more. Trainline, ASDA, Moonpig were all happy to use this company. Whatever happened to fair practice and honesty?

They registered a subscription for me without notice or my consent. They withdrew money from my account without notifying me and without my consent.

This is a scam!! We loyalty can standby for a call from fraud team!

I discovered that Webloyalty were taking £18.00 out of my account without my consent. Unfortunately I didn't pick up on these payments initially but I have now written to the company to ask them for a full refund but have not received a reply from them. If I am unsuccessful with them directly, I will pass it to my credit card fraud department and they will recover the monies owed to me. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAM, BEWARE EVERYONE.

I frequently shop online and I'm glad I signed up to it. It's funny how people think this is a scam. You gotta fill out a form to completely sign up. For those who left bad reviews are most likely those people who skip terms and conditions after seeing the welcome reward. And for the record you have to set up a password so I don't know how these people come up with "I accidentally signed up." 🙄

BEWARE - FINGERS OFF Complete Savings UK. As a tourist travelling to UK, I ordered a train ticket with EMR East Middlands Railways, and got trapped by CompleteSavings UK to accept a £20 reduction on next train ticket without noticing that this is a SUBSCRIPTION with a monthly billing of £18.

£15 out of my account every month for 14 months

No idea how they got my credit card details but a charge for £18 has been made. I have now blocked them.

With the complicity of distributors in France, webloyalty takes €21 from your bank account every month. These financial criminals based in Nyon in Switzerland run a business based on total ambiguity: when you pay for your basket during an e-commerce purchase, they trigger a pop-up window which promises a discount on your purchases. In reality, they collect your banking details and hack your account without any consent. Vermin that cancers your purchases on the Internet. A fraud that stops when?

This is a scam, contacted my credit card provider to investigate the fraud.

This is very devious, you sign up to it as part of what you think is a normal transaction.
The webloyalty piece i got caught with seems to be Argos.
I found a number to complain and ask for a refund which was i must say handled well.
My comment is why not do it properly instead of underhand.
It may well be a good scheme, but the way it is done certainly is not!
This just makes you angry and want to cancel it.

I managed to cancel my subscription through complete saving website,
I made a purchase for a perfume online and i was caught with this scam company
"Your Complete Savings membership has been cancelled on the 9/21/2023.
Your cancel confirmation number is S-60044149.
You have access to Complete Savings benefits until 9/30/2023."

Seen this coming off my cc £15 a time managed to cancel it and Amex got my £90
back didn’t know how I signed up it until I seen the reviews on here - 2for1 rail card renewal- disgraceful

Got caught out when making a booking on lastminute.com. I must have clicked a link without noticing. £15 taken for 3 months before I spotted it.
The are connected to completesavecom.
Contacted Barclays who gave the following number to cancel: 0800 3896960.
Got in touch and they have refunded all 3 payments. Hope this helps

Notorious scam company that makes a living by extracting money from the unsuspecting.
They managed to deduct €18 a month from my credit card for a while before I managed to track them down after some detective work (Amex unfortunately doesn't help you with that) and cancel an 'agreement' I of course never knowingly signed.
They sneak in when you buy something completely different and are nothing more than a deliberate scam - no one would willingly pay for their 'services'.
A quick google also shows that New York Times, Guardian and other respected newspapers have been warning about Webloyalty and 'Complete Savings' for years, yet they are allowed and manage to continue. Beware!
